Amazing and relaxing view!

We had a good stay in Nicotera! We really appreciated the sea view with the jacuzzi. Evi was very nice with us and very quick to respond to our questions during the stay. 🙂

Abbiamo passato 10 ottimi giorni calabresi in questa caratteristica abitazione completa di tutto! in ottima posizione per visitare tutta la costa degli Dei e più a sud fino allo stretto (se provvisti di auto...). Panorama spettacolare dal balconcino nella zona giorno e dalla terrazza sul tetto. La casa è su tre livelli collegati da una scaletta che necessita un minimo di adattamento e si trova al limitare del centro storico di Nicotera.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem sehr authentischen italienischen Haus! Mit kleinen Kindern sind die steilen Treppen ein Abenteuer, aber machbar! Wunderschöner Ausblick und voll ausgestattet. Vom Handtuch bis hin zu Gewürzen in der Küche. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit

Excellente communication et informations avec la proprietaire très sympathique. Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle avec une magnifique terrasse et jacuzzi sur le toit, surplombant la mer. Parking et wi fi à disposition . parfait pour d excellentes vacances

Très bien situé malgré que l'accès ne soit pas si évident mais avec un TRAVELLER c'est passé 😅 superbe vue de l'appartement typique avec jacuzzi 👌Vraiment sympa, très bonnes vacances, locataire Evi aux petit soins et disponible 😁

Vue magnifique sur la mer et la campagne environnante. Jacuzzi sur la terrasse très agréable. Véhicule indispensable Accès à l'appartement avec une forte pente, et escaliers très raides dans la tour. Appartement bien équipé

Bellissimo soggiorno nella torre Palmentieri a Nicotera

La mia famiglia (due adulti e due ragazzini) ha trascorso dieci giorni fantastici nell'appartamento all'interno della torre Palmentieri. Una posizione incantevole che affaccia sul mar Tirreno sulla baia di Nicotera, con vista che arriva alle isole Eolie e alla Sicilia, una terrazza con vasca idromassaggio riscaldata che ti permette di rilassarti godendoti il tramonto e ascoltando la musica dopo una giornata al mare o la visita di una delle tante bellezze artistiche / paesaggistiche della Calabria, un appartamento che ha TUTTO ciò che può servire (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro e asse da stiro, phon, WIFI, due bagni, cucina fornita di tutto l'occorrente (compreso forno e microonde), TV, biancheria da letto, asciugamani e accappatoi), un'ospite gentilissima e sempre disponibile (le ricotte e la caciotta che ci ha offerto erano eccezionali!!) fanno di questo appartamento arroccato alle pendici del borgo di Nicotera un luogo strategico per visitare la Calabria da Tropea fino a Reggio. Ci torneremo di sicuro!! Grazie mille Signora Evi e a presto!!!

Premesso che siamo stati in casa in 5, per lo spazio ci si deve un po’ saper adattare, ma superato quello la casa regala momenti mozzafiato: salendo sull’attico ci si ritrova a guardare il tramonto sul mare letteralmente a perdita d’occhio, ed è una sensazione sicuramente da provare una volta nella vita.

Einzigartiger Ausblick

wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft. Die Beschreibung entspricht nicht nur den Tatsachen die Realität toppt den beschriebenen Eindruck. Toll die Nähe sowohl zur Stadt, in der alles zun kaufen gibt als auch zum Strand. Insbesondere der Ausblick und der Sonnenuntergang sind unbescheiblich. Wir werden diese Unterkunft sicher nochmals aufsuchen.
