The Gulla is a private house composed of: living room - kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There is the oppurtunity to put a single bed.
Outdoor there is a porch with table and chairs to eat outdoor and a large completely fenced garden (perfect for children and pets).

The guests have the possibility to do differents walks from the house. At only 1 km there is a very good restaurant, to reach also by foot.

Traumhafte Urlaubstage

Der Aufenthalt war einfach nur spitze. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter Franco hat reibungslos funktioniert. Kleinste Defekte wurden in kürzester Zeit behoben. Dadurch dass das Grundstück eingezäunt ist, konnte unser Hund zwei Wochen frei laufen. Natürlich ist die Aussicht und die Lage einfach der Hammer. Ausflugsorte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. So ruhig wie das Haus liegt, muss einem allerdings bewusst sein, dass die halbe Nacht Hunde der Umgebung bellen und das Schlafzimmer an einer, nicht zu sehr befahrenen, aber hörbaren, Dorfstraße liegt. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und die vorhandene Waschmaschine kann sehr hilfreich sein. Einem traumhaften Sonnenuntergang stand nichts im Wege.

Fijne plek, prachtig uitzicht, veel privacy

We hebben twee hele fijne weken in La Gulla gehad. Ontvangst en communicatie met verhuurder was heel erg vriendelijk en we voelden ons erg welkom. Veel ruimte buiten, mooi onderhouden, geheel omheind wat heel prettig was aangezien onze hond mee was. Vanuit het zwembad en de schaduwplekken op het terrein uitzicht op de omgeving. De moerbeiboom voor het huis geeft veel schaduw en staat prachtig. De 1e nachten moesten we wel wennen aan honden op boerderijen in de omgeving die 's avonds/'s nachts blaffen en verkeer dat af en toe, maar wel pal langs de slaapkamer rijdt (het huis ligt aan een landweggetje). De slaapkamer is ruim, met een groot bed. Badkamer is gedateerd, maar voor ons geen probleem. Fijn zitje buiten met uitzicht op de landerijen en zonsondergang (is elk moment van de dag mooi en genieten). Nieuw gasfornuis, fijne oven en grote koelkast met dubbelvriesvak. De afwasbak/aanrecht is erg laag en niet geschikt voor lange mensen. De verhuurder was goed bereikbaar (via mobiel/whatsapp) en heeft ons ook heel goed geholpen toen we voor onze hond een dierenarts nodig hadden. We hebben met pijn in ons hart afscheid genomen van deze prachtige plek. We hopen volgend jaar weer de Marken en La Gulla te kunnen bezoeken.

Traumlage

Die Aussicht ist einTraum, man kann sich nicht sattsehen (Sonnenuntergang usw.). Der private, uneinsehbare Pool ist klasse. Der Vermieter Franco ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend und ist immer zur Stelle, wenn man ein Anliegen hat. Dabei achtet er besonders darauf, die Privatsphäre der Gäste nicht zu stören. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wären gern noch länger geblieben.

Lovely place

We had an amazing time at La Gulla! We were with our dog and he also had the time of his life. The surroundings are amazing and the view from the pool never bores! Franco is a very good host! He is very friendly and gave us very good tips about places to go too and good restaurants. Thanks again Franco and maybe we'll see you again!

Paradise

Paradise The most beautiful place ever seen in Italy!! Love it even more than Toscane. We loved the house, lived on the terrace and enjoined the beautiful view. The dogs had the time of their lifes. Veronica and Franco are great people, love them very much. On the back of the house live Palma and Francesco.....the most beautiful people. When we win the lottery....we buy the place ;) Already booked for next year.

Beautyful location

It was much more than we expected. Beautyful landscape ,all condition we need and Franco was a very kind and helpfull person. Here you can do a lot of thinks ,visit the small cityes around inclusive San Marino or do nothing att all than just take a bath in the pool drink a glass of a good wine and see the sun going down Thank you Franco!

Such a wonderul location!

This private house has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. The house is located in the middle of nature and is totally private. The house is very clean and typical Italian. The bedroom has a great double bed and very clean sheets. In the garden there is a BBQ which we used several times during the sunset enjoying a class of wine. The pool is very nice especially during the hot days to cool down and to enjoy the sunset. The village Acqualagna is a very nice place where you can drink a good capucino or espresso while sitting on the terrace. Several nice restaurants and one a week there is a nice market. Very beautiful places nearby which you can reach by car very easily. The owners are very helpful nice people and they can give you all kinds of information. Summarized: NO reason at all not to book this wonderful private house!

Wonderful week

Wonderful week We had a wonderful week at La Gulla! The house is excellent for two persons. Especially the view from the terrace is fantastic, so we basically ‘lived’ there to enjoy the scenery every day. The surroundings, with Urbino as a highlight, is very worthwile, too. Veronica, the owners? son, took great efforts to make our stay as comfortable as possible: e.g. on our request he even provided us with a (Dutch) coffee machine! We are sure to come back here in the near future.
