Located just 5km from the center of the seaside resort of Porticcio, this charming house facing south will seduce you with its wooded grounds of 1500 m², overlooking the mountains and above ground pool, ideal for cooling off after long days sunny ...
On one level, it consists of a living room with sofa bed and dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet and a storeroom.
The night part has 2 bedrooms, (1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (1 double bed and 1 single bed)) and a master suite with bathroom and separate toilet.
Outside, you will have plenty of time to enjoy a large terrace and its shaded dining area.
Relaxation and grilling provided through the provision of a plancha, deckchairs and garden furniture.
