About this property

On the first floor of a nice three level residence with elevator, nice 3-rooms apartment, balcony southwest facing. The residence offers all the necessary comfort for a successful holiday: electric gate, parking space, swimming pool, 400 m from the town and 200 m from shops. The apartment is non-smoking and can accommodate up to 5 people. Pets are not allowed.
Living room with sofa bed, TV with French channels, fully equipped kitchen with hotplates, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, separate toilets.
2 rooms with 2 simple beds (90x190). Large terrace with garden furniture and 2 deckchairs.
