Comfortable terraced house 3-bedrooms of 57m ² with WIFI for 6 people in pretty quiet residence. 350m from the large sandy beach, 500m of amenities. Accessible terrace of the living-room, with living room of garden (and chairs) and barbecue (grill / coal). Private parking space in the residence.Pets allowed. No smoking house. Air conditioner.
On the ground floor: living room with TV (international channels) overlooking a kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher). Bedroom with double bed (140x200), WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double bed (140x200); one with balcony access, a bathroom (shower, washing machine) and WC.
Other equipment: iron and ironing board, hi-fi system, fans, drying rack. All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets.
Free WIFI.
Rental of sheets and/or towels on reservation.
Extra charge for pets: 10€/week.
The residence "Les Jardins de la Clape" is located in the residential area of Narbonne -Plage. The access to the large beach of fine golden sand is only 2 minutes walk. Ideal for the beachgoer! 10 minutes from the restaurants and shops. You can go to the playground with your children next to the residence.
It's a mediterranean style residence. You will benefit of an allocated space parking next to your house.
