It overlooks a large common courtyard and is on the 1st floor of a 17th century building.
Private garden closed not adjoining.

The cottage consists of: cloakroom, living room with sofas and TV, kitchen, bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x single beds 90x200 with possibility of separating), bedroom with 1 bed 90 x 200, large room with 3 beds of 90 x 200, bathroom and separate WC. Wireless. Cot and high chair on request.
Garage for 2 cars on the ground floor.

Daily heating allowance to be provided.
Sheets and towels provided on request, at an extra charge.
End of stay cleaning fee: 50 € (mandatory for companies and business trips).

Deposit 500 €.

Rates 2019:
Low season rate 330 € / week (05/01 to 08/02 and 02/11 to 20/12)
Average season price 440 € / week (09/02 to 05/07 and 31/08 to 01/11)
High season rate 500 € / week (06/07 to 30/08 and 21/12 to 03/01/20).

Stay of 2 nights = 70% of the price of the week.
Stay of 3 nights = 80% of the price of the week.
Stay of 4 and 5 nights = 90% of the price of the week.
Stay of 6 nights = 95% of the price of the week.
