This villa, completely renovated in 2018, is located in a quiet residential area at the gates of Avignon.
It offers 105 m2 of living space on one level with a large garden of 1,000 m2, closed and planted with trees.
6.5m x 3.2m pool.

- a bright living room with bay window overlooking a terrace
- a modern, fully equipped kitchen

- 2 bedrooms with a 140 cm bed
- 1 bedroom with two 90 cm beds
- 2 bathrooms with Italian shower, one adjoining a bedroom

Avignon city center can also be reached by bus (stop 5 minutes' walk from the villa).

Shops are a 5 minute walk away.

The location of the villa allows you to discover all of Provence (Saint Rémy de Provence and the Alpilles park, the Luberon, Mont Ventoux, the Camargue, Nîmes…) and to attend many festivals (the Avignon Festival , the Chorégies d'Orange, Vaison Danse, the international piano festival of La Roque d'Anthéron…)

A relaxing stay in Avignon

The owners were very pleasant and accommodating and left us a delightful welcome gift of peaches, local biscuits and wine. The property was clean and well equipped. There was plenty to entertain you with a petanque, table tennis and a swimming pool. The location of the property meant it was in a quiet environment but had easy access to Avignon for dining out and entertainment. The property felt very safe and secure with the sliding gate operated by remote control.

Lovely, Quiet, Well Appointed

Wonderful property and host. Our stay was three weeks and absolutely perfect! The property is secure with a gate. The kitchen is an efficient galley style with all the necessary amenities - stove, frig, microwave, dishwasher, and oven. Although we do not drink coffee, there was a coffee maker and a Keurig. We used the electric kettle for our hot tea. The washing machine is efficient and there are ample clotheslines for drying. The pool look beautiful, but we were too late in the season to enjoy it. The home is three-bedroom and two baths. The master bedroom has an ensuite. There is a separate water closet and a shower and twin lavatories. The dining area easily seats six. Outside there is ping pong, bowling, and a beautiful pool and deck for lounging. The residential area is quiet. Close by there are eating establishments, bakeries, and grocery stores. The TGV station is less than 20 minutes. The location is perfect for day trips and visiting the nearby vineyards. Absolutely recommend!!

Oase der Ruhe und Erholung

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen von Laurence und Christian. Sogar ein Willkommensgruß in Form lokaler Produkte stand bereit. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Es ist bestens eingerichtet. Wir haben den sehr privaten, von allen Blicken geschützten Pool sehr genossen. Die nötigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sogar zu Fuß erreichbar. .

Très belle résidence, à proximité d'Avignon. Quartier très calme, nous ne sommes pas dérangés par le voisinage. La maison est d'une propreté impeccable et très bien équipée, les différentes pièces et la terrasse sont relativement grandes, le coin piscine très appréciable, et Laurence & Christian sont d'une très grande disponibilité et gentillesse. Wunderschönes Haus, wunderschöner Urlaub!

Laurence und Christian haben uns herzlich Willkommen geheißen und waren immer für uns da. Das Haus ist ausgezeichnet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und noch mehr. Pool, Garten, Terrasse, das Haus, alles ist gepflegt und in einem Top-Zustand - wir haben uns überall von der 1. Minute an wohl gefühlt.

Un séjour très très agréable

Nos hôtes étaient gentils et bienveillants. Nous avons apprécié leurs conseils pour les sites à visiter en priorité. Ils nous ont accueilli avec un gros panier découverte des saveurs de la région. La maison est d’une propreté irréprochable et joliment décorée. La piscine plein sud est top! Le quartier calme et à proximité d’Avignon en voiture et même en bus. Superbe villa à proximité d'Avignon, des axes pour visiter la région et de tous les commerces. Laurence et Christian sont des hôtes charmants et prévenants à l'écoute de nos besoins. Les prestations sont excellentes, la villa est décorée avec goût et tous les équipements sont neufs et de bonne qualité. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
