The hosts were gracious in every respect. The home was clean, very comfortably furnished, kitchen very well stocked, and the pool, hot tub, outdoor furniture and yard well maintained and beautiful. First time I’ve ever seen well cared for plants indoors. So nice they weren’t plastic!

This was a fabulous home with a great location. It’s beautifully appointed and well stocked. Everything worked well from kitchen to pool. The fireplace was delightful as the weather turned rainy and cold. The host was truly helpful and accommodating. This is one of the best VRBO rentals we’ve had.

We were very happy with our stay. This house was probably the most well-stocked rental we have ever stayed in. The yard including the pool, hot tub and fire table were lovely. Our hosts, Neil and Shari were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Family friendly getaway

We had a wonderful long weekend with our two young children and father in law. The home was perfectly located, well appointed, and family friendly. The yard was perfect and the pool provided hours of entertainment for our son. Neil and Shari were excellent hosts - we enjoyed getting to know them a bit and the cookies they provided upon check-in were amazing and such a thoughtful gift. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

What an amazing property and host! From the welcome cookie platter to the friendly walk through with Neil the host. You will certainly not be disappointed if you stay here. A quick Uber ride to town and easy to navigate to spectacular Joshua Tree and Indian Canyons. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful, relaxing, clean, and just amazing! We will certainly be back!

Excellent property in quiet residential area

The house is extremely well equipped and maintained to a high standard. The owners live adjacent and are friendly, helpful but no time intrusive. The outside area is thoughtfully and well furnished. There are a number of seating areas available to make the most of the sun / shade throughout the day. You do need a car and there is ample off road parking. Internet was excellent We would recommend this property and have no hesitation in recommending it or staying there again.

Perfect House

This house exceeded our expectations. It is our 6th trip down to Palm Springs and we finally found the house we want to return to for future trips. The location was quiet, proximity to the airport was wonderful for our back and forth drop offs, we walked to the Farmer's Market and enjoyed early AM strolls through this Sunrise Park neighborhood and Movie Colony nearby. The beds were great, we all slept well. Temps were in the 80's, house stayed cool enough we didn't use the AC except for a few nights. Kitchen really had everything we needed including storage containers for take away food. We used all areas of the outdoor space, just incredible. Ample pool towels, the outdoor seating was very comfortable, spent hours in the evening by the fire and hours in the day by the pool. We figured out the trick to the spa is have the jets on to heat it, which it heats quickly in just a few minutes. Overall a wonderful house w lovely owners

Great Palm Springs getaway

Delightful, clean, incredibly well stocked home in the Sunrise Park area of Palm Springs. Close to everything .. Neil and Shari are great communicators and a fun couple. The pool and backyard setup is fabulous. Inside the home, there is nothing else you need for a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Lovely clean house with a great pool in a good neighborhood

Arrival and check in was seamless. The owners live next door and were charming - gave us two fresh grapefruits off their tree! Would definitely stay here again.
