3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Apartment Near Colonial Williamsburg & Busch Gardens

This second and third-floor apartment resides above a Williamsburg premier landscape company and is only 1.5 miles from Busch Gardens or Colonial Williamsburg.
There is a private entrance via an exterior enclosed stairwell. The entryway is large and welcoming. On the second (main) floor, there is a master bedroom with an ensuite, living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is large and well-stocked. The door to the third floor is located just inside the entrance to the kitchen. The third floor includes two bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds. The "Hot Air Balloon" room has twin XL beds that can be pushed together for king-size accommodations. There is a full bathroom (shower) and a reading/gaming/sitting area between the two rooms. The apartment has everything you could need to enjoy your stay. From coffees and a full complement of spices in the kitchen to shampoo, cream rinse, and body soap in the bathrooms.
There is a large TV in the living room and the 2 bedrooms upstairs each have a ROKU-ready TV. High-speed Internet is provided so you can use YOUR own Netflix, Hulu, or other entertainment account to watch TV or work on your computer.
**** This is a large apartment. This listing price is for 2 guests. There is an additional charge of $20 in season, $15 out season, per guest per night for each guest after 2.
The parking and entrance area are under 24-hour surveillance. We operate with an electronic keypad and you will receive an email to the account listed by VRBO, from a company named Aurmur. Please look out for it as it has your door code to enter. The code activates at approximately 1:30 pm on the day of your stay.
This is a landscape construction business and has trucks rolling in and out twice a day.
Guests are limited to 2 vehicles unless pre-approval is granted and may have an upcharge.
Please see the "Rules" sheet in the kitchen window and the book on the coffee table for more informantion and area attractions and services.
***NOTE: Guests who book for 2 and decide to bring extra guests will need to adjust their reservation as such. Guests who register as 2 and decide to use all of the beds will be charged an extra laundry fee.

What a wonderful property! Theresa, the host, was so responsive to our every need. The apartment was immaculate and so adorably decorated. Anything you could even imagine wanting was provided, from tons of linens to drinks and coffee to games and kids’ activities. We have stayed at a number of VRBO properties, and this was the best yet. It was so convenient to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens, too. We had a blast and will definitely be back!

Very nice place to stay. Had a full kitchen to cook meals, comfortable bedrooms, and great dining/living area. Had most everything you could need and was a very quiet space even though above a business. Close to colonial Williamsburg, easy drive to downtown. Only suggestion would be more hooks in upstairs bathroom to keep track of towels.

Perfect short family trip

I took my 2 teenage kids and two of their friends to Busch Gardens for 3 days. We really enjoyed the VRBO which was clean and allowed everyone to have privacy. I especially enjoyed having my own room and bathroom! Very well organized with everything we needed. Short drive to Busch Gardens and I enjoyed waking up to the landscaping garden.

We have had a wonderful experience dealing with the Theresa. The property has everything to offer and it was immaculately clean, updated and very comfortable! Just a 5 minutes drive to Busch Gardens and shopping, it was the perfect location For our party of 8.. We thoroughly enjoyed the coziness and warmth of this location. Our host was out of the country when we ran into a little snag on arrival day. But she was quick to answer when I reached out and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Our stay was perfect for a quick getaway for some golf over the weekend. We enjoyed the great courses that are nearby and was located near plenty of restaurant choices. The apartment felt perfectly tucked away and cozy for some well needed rest in between our outings the entire weekend. Certainly would recommend.

Wonderful property

We stayed at this property over the Christmas holiday. The full kitchen allowed for us to share a family meal. All areas of the home were extremely comfortable, and I felt as if the property owner made included many thoughtful touches that made us feel content. The master bath was very nice, the living room more than comfortable and overall the property made you feel at home. We would highly recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised when arriving, even at night when we couldn't fully take in the beautiful landscaping/hardscaping on the property. When we left, and went to the amusement park, it was our 9 year old who first asked around 5 p.m. to go back to the apartment... so obviously it was kid approved! Wonderful Experience

This was the ultimate base camp for our Williamsburg explorations! Everything we needed, the attention to detail and thoughtfulness made this a perfect place to come home to after a day at the beach, or Busch Gardens, or Colonial Williamsburg. The abode is situated above a garden center and landscaping business which is run by the VRBO owner - we even got some advice on the patio we're building at home! Overall an absolutely wonderful place to stay, if we end up in Williamsburg again (and I think we will, lots more to see!) this would be first on our list as a place to call home.
