Charming duplex apartment south facing, in a century old family house, stone tufa, typical of Touraine.
This apartment on the first floor of the house, under the ancient beams, has 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5 + cot. The decor is neat, very cozy. You have a private parking and a small enclosed garden next to the parking.
At the edge of fields 3km from the village. The village touches the city of Chenonceaux, built on a bridge of Cher. In the village, a supervised beach allows rest, tanning and swimming. There is also a municipal swimming pool for sporty naguers.
The road access from home is easy, by roads redone and motorway exit 1 km from the village.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le gßte d'Eveline. Appartement propre et fonctionnel décoré avec soin. Seul bémol : la salle d'eau avec WC située au rdc. Sa localisation est parfaite pour visiter le zoo de Beauval et les chùteaux de la Loire.

Bonne situation pour visiter la région

Les atouts: le calme de la campagne, et peu de route Ă  faire pour visiter tout ce qui fait l'intĂ©rĂȘt de cette rĂ©gion , un gĂźte spacieux et lumineux. Les points faibles: coin cusine et salle de bains minuscules. La propriĂ©taire, fort sympathique au demeurant, n'habite pas la rĂ©gion et dĂ©lĂšgue l'entretien. Il n' y a pas un seul produit de mĂ©nage sur place, peut-ĂȘtre dans un petit placard verrouillĂ© sous l'Ă©vier ? La propretĂ© laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer: table Ă  manger sale, vaisselle mal lavĂ©e, casseroles grasses... Quand on vient pour deux nuits, on n'apporte pas ses produits avec soi. et le gĂźte est isolĂ©: pas de magasins Ă  moins de retourner Ă  Amboise. Un dĂ©tergent mĂ©nager basique, Ă  disposition des locataires suffirait.

Séjour court mais agréable. La région donne envie de s'y attarder bien plus qu'une journée. Le gßte est géographiquement trÚs bien placé par rapport aux différents sites touristiques. Le gßte est agréable et chaleureux. Difficile de dire plus... notre séjour fut bref. Les enfants ont adoré, ils s'y sont sentis tout de suite trÚs bien. Petite remarque de nos pré-ados : la chambre d'enfant elle fait trop "enfant" :-) Au plaisir de découvrir plus longuement la Tourraine.

Nous avons passé un séjour trÚs agréable dans ce gßte, dans un environnement calme et reposant. Emplacement parfait pour visiter les chùteaux et le zoo de Beauval. Jolie déco, trÚs cosy, surtout le soir. L'aménagement du petit jardin serait un vrai plus. Je le recommande.
