Detached house (sleeps 6), beautiful location 400m from Marais Girard beach, quiet area near the sea with pretty enclosed garden, including: an entrance, a living room / lounge (living room and lounge area), a fitted open-plan kitchen and equipped (hood, gas hob + 1 electric, oven, refrigerator with freezer section, microwave, dishwasher).
2 bedrooms (1 x 140 cm + cupboard) and (1 x 140 cm + cupboard), a bathroom (sink, shower and washing machine), a separate toilet.
Upstairs: a bedroom (1 x 140cm) with toilet and sink.
WIFI access.

Maison très bien entretenue proche de la plage

Nous avons passez un excellent séjour dans une rue calme de Bretignolles sur mer. La maison est très propre et bien entretenue, proche d’une plage et de la corniche d’où on peut admirer les magnifiques couchers de soleil. Seul point négatif pour les personnes à mobilité réduite : il y a une grande marche entre les chambres du Rez de chaussée et les pièces de vie (séjour, cuisine, toilettes, salle de bain).

Très bien situé et parfaitement équipée, belle location de vacances

Très bonne location dans rue calme mais à seulement 300m de la mer. Parfaitement équipée, idéale pour 6 adultes avec 3 chambres équipées de lit 140*190. Petit escalier d'accès pour la chambre située au 1er étage, mais belle chambre fonctionnelle avec son espace sanitaire mitoyen (WC et vasque, de la place pour ajouter une douche dans le futur qui serait un plus). Espace jour et nuit séparés par une porte au réz de chaussé, cuisine et séjour parfaitement équipés pour 6 personnes la vaisselle est de qualité et en quantité suffisante pour 6. Belle douche à l'Italienne dans la salle de bains du réz de chaussé avec sèche serviettes. Grandes terrasses bois sur l'extérieur à l'avant et à l'arrière, mais glissante par temps de pluie. Terrain bien clôturé pas de problèmes pour notre chien
