Charming house near the sea

Want to vacation at the sea? Need to blow? Do not hesitate and book your week of vacation with us!

We rent a charming holiday home, located 100m from the sea. It is located less than 5min walk from shops (market, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, fishmonger, restaurants). Beaches and walks are also nearby.

Our house has a double bedroom (and one outside the house for the summer season), a shower room, a living room with sofa bed, a bike room and 'laundry. It also has a nice fenced garden with garden furniture and barbecue.

We have accessories for babies (bed, baby bed, baby chair)
We accept your pets.
A space reserved for you in front of the house to park your vehicles (around 3 cars).

Wonderful region, house well endowed especially for families with smaller children

very nice, but the location is not so good if you want extreme quiet. communication in english is difficult, though Madame Beaudouin is friendly and helpful.

Petite maison "juste comme il faut" où on se sent assez rapidement un peu comme chez soi. La déco est sympa, on arrive toujours à trouver ce que l'on cherche dans les nombreux rangements et surtout.. on se sent très bien sur cette propriété entièrement close !

La localisation est parfaite, le petit jardin est très sympathique avec une table pour y manger et un petit coin canapé de jardin. Cuisine et salle de bain dans le jus de la maison mais le reste est top! Étage avec deux chambres et toilettes Indépendants neufs. Séjour top!

J'ai passé d'excellentes vacances à Trégastel avec mon amie. La maison est tres tres bien située. Elle est sécurisée pour les animaux ce qui est super bien! La maison est à 5 minutes de la plage et à côté du marché et 10 min de Perros Guirec en voiture ! Je recommande cette maison a 100%

Good house in a great location close to the wonderful cote de granit rose and the town centre

Das Haus war gut geputzt, die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über einen Kasten. Oben ist es bereits renoviert, die untere Etage noch nicht. Es war schön, einen Garten zu haben. Die Lage ist überragend, 300m Luftlinie zur Küste, zum wunderschönen Strand 1-2km, Boulangerie, Montagsmarkt, Supermarkt und toll gelegene Creperie 300m entfernt. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen.

Un super séjour

Nous avons adoré notre semaine au mois d'avril dans cette petite maison où il y a tout. Nous avons eu une semaine de très beau temps, nous avons donc profité de tres belles balades : les 7 îles en bateau, Tregastel, l'île Grande, la presque île de Miliau... il y a de quoi faire. La maison est en plus très bien située : 1 min du marché le lundi, 2 min de la boulangerie et du centre et 10 min de la mer de Por Cors. On y dort très bien, nous étions 2 adultes avec 3 enfants. Nous recommandons vivement.

Séjour à Tregastel et environs

Vous entrez dans la maison de vacances des propriétaires. Le propriétaire est arrangeant, rien à redire là-dessus car nous avons pu ajouter un jour de plus à notre réservation à quelques jours de l’arrivée. La maison est parfaitement située à quelques mètres de la mer avec jardin clôturé (idéal pour les animaux). Par contre je tiens à préciser une chose, la maison était dans un état de propreté lamentable à notre arrivée… des poils de chiens partout au rdc, du sable, de la terre, mauvais odeur…. Pas cool quand on vient de faire 8h00 de route de devoir nettoyer la maison.. J’ai posé la question au propriétaire pour savoir s’il y avait eu un locataire avant nous mais il ne m’a jamais répondu. En espérant pour vous que ce soit le fait du précédant locataire… mais je ne trouve pas ça très correct de ne pas avoir répondu au message, une simple excuse aurait pu changer la donne.

Belle petite maison avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, propre et bien agencée. Un petit jardin très agréable et la possibilité de rentrer la voiture. Le bord de mer est accessible à pieds. Rien à redire, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
