Luxury villa Le Mas du Rigaud 5 minutes from the center of Cavalaire sur Mer and 1.5 km from the beaches in a private property of 18,000 m2 with panoramic views of the sea and the port of Cavalaire sur Mer .
Located in a park with lawn, swimming pool, fountain and ancient chapel, in the shade of large oaks, it can preserve complete privacy and is ideal for a family who want a peaceful environment. Park closed by an entrance with automatic gate with videophone for peace of mind. The villa is completely renovated in a harmonious marriage between the old and the modern. Large terraces and floors basalt stones around the pool. The pool 9mx5m h1.40m creates continuity with the sea thanks to its views of the bay. The Swimming pool is NOT heated. Outdoor shower for the pool, deck chairs and garden furniture. Shaded terrace for outdoor dining with barbecue and sink.
Large living-dining room of 75m2 with large windows overlooking the sea and a terrace shaded by a wisteria-kitchen with barbecue. From every room in the house you can see the sea. Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooker, coffee maker, American fridge. Laundry washer and dryer.
4 bedrooms with private bathroom (shower 120 / 140x80cm):
1 bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet and bed 160x200, 1 bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet and bed 160x200, 1 bedroom with bathroom and bed 160x200cm, and 1 master bedroom with bed160x200cm and with a private bathroom with bath, shower and safe (stronbox). Each room has SmartTV with internet connection and the view of the Bay of Cavalaire. Living with large flat-screen TV, fireplace and stereo. Wi-fi in every room of the house. Villa fully air-conditioned. The back porch for cars and ample parking guests.

Possibility of short and long stays. Maximum 8 persona. Minimum 6 nights. Arrivals are on Saturday afternoon after 16:30 and departures on Saturdays morning before 9:30 am. The cleaning of the house on departure included in the rental price.
Sheets and household linen included in the rental price. Cleaning lady available on request during the week. Gardener for cleaning and maintenance of the garden and the pool very discreet and reserved (included in rental price).

Dogs are welcome but it is absolutely forbidden for them to enter the pool to avoid damaging the pool motors.

Fantastic villa with amazing sea views

My husband and I and our 2 children had a fantastic stay at this villa. It is situated on a hilltop with magnificent views over the bay of Cavalaire Sur Mer. The villa itself is very modern and has everything that you could need. Werner was a wonderful host and very quickly responded to our needs. You would need a car when staying at this villa but I highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again.

Paradise? Found!

The house is simply amazing. Everything is in excellent shape and super clean. We loved the en-suite bathrooms (especially with teenagers); the outdoor space is simply stunning and the views are spectacular. Highly recommend the house and will for sure come back. Not to forget: Caroline and Werner are perfect hosts. We travel to the area once a year for more than 15 years and this place was by far our all-time favorite.

The view is outstanding, the garden and pool fantastic and very well kept, the house is nice and most importantly the landlord does really everything to make you feel at home: welcome drinks in the frigerator (beer, wine, coke), coffe for the first days, soap, shower gel and shampoo in every bathroom. We spent two wonderful weeks there and want to thank the landlord very much!

The house and gardens were absolutely lovely and the view over Cavalaire sur Mer towards the sea was stunning! We enjoyed playing 'petanque', swimming and relaxing by the pool. We cooked most evenings and it was warm enough to sit outside and eat on the spacious patio. There are lovely beaches no more than 25 mins drive, many vignorons selling great rose wine and a wonderful Carrefour which has every ingredient you could possibly need. The only thing I would recommend to the host is to provide separate towels for the pool.

Formidable!

Von Anfang bis Ende ganz wunderbar. Caroline hat uns freundlich begrüßt und uns alles erklärt und gezeigt. Die Aussicht von dem Haus auf den Ort und das Meer ist wunderschön und atemberaubend. Hier kann man sich nur wohlfühlen. Die Zimmer hatten alle ein eigenes Bad, und das sehr große Wohnzimmer war mit vielen Kunstwerken sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Unsere Hündin Chilli hat sich auch sofort wohlgefühlt, da es um das Haus herum viel zu entdecken gibt. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, so dass sie dort immer herumlaufen konnte. Wir sind noch immer sehr begeistert und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Herzlichen Dank an Werner und Caroline

Wohlfühlurlaub

Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Lage ein Traum. Die Sonnenaufgänge sind unvergesslich für uns. Aber auch bei Regen ist die Aussicht aufs Meer und den Ort wunderbar. Das Grundstück ist wirklich riesig und die Stille lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Kommunikation mit Werner war problemlos, es hat alles super geklappt. Lieber Werner, nochmals vielen Dank für das Besorgen des Duschstuhles. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Wunderbarer Urlaub - trotz nicht so sonnigem Wetter

Werner war extrem aufmerksam. Wir haben den Aufenthalt trotz Regen, Bewölkung und kälteren Temperaturen, sehr genossen. Die Villa ist eine absolute Wucht - es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Wir freuen uns, wieder zu kommen - egal, ob nach Südfrankreich oder Sardinien!

Un petit coin de paradis

La mer pour tout horizon, uniquement le chant des oiseaux ou le souffle du vent pour briser le silence, un jardin extrêmement bien entretenu……cette propriété, d’un accès très facile, offre un intérieur spacieux, harmonieux et confortable d’une propreté parfaite. Traumhaftes Haus in bester Lage

Wundervolles Haus für bis zu 8 Personen, sehr schöne Einrichtung, sehr geschmackvoll. Das Anwesen liegt am oberen Rand von Cavalaire, in ruhiger Lage inmitten eines riesigen Grundstücks am Waldrand. Komplett eingezäunt auch mit Hund sehr gut geeignet. Toller Blick auf den Ort und das Meer. Schöner Pool, Tischtennis, Boulodrome, alles vorhanden, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Terrasse und Grill runden das Angebot ab. Innen sehr bequeme Betten, Klimaanlage, sehr schönes Ess-und Wohnzimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, keine Wünsche offen, um ruhige und traumhafte Ferien zu verbringen. Mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten im Zentrum, Bäcker, Fischladen, Metzgerei und Supermarkt schnell zu erreichen. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand. In ca. 20-25 Minuten erreicht man St. Tropez, Gassin und Ramatuelle ebenso schnell erreichbar. Vermieter Werner von Anreise bis Abreise sehr bemüht, den Traumurlaub perfekt zu unterstützen, danke dafür, alles gelungen! Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir kommen wieder!

Tout était parfait. La belle et grande maison est confortable au possible, il ne manque rien . Tout est impeccable le jardin est absolument fantastique. La vue sur la baie est incroyable. Nous étions 6 personnes de 17 à 84 ans et tous nous sommes d.accord sur le séjour exceptionnel que nous avons passé dans cette maison .le calme, le confort, l espace, la propreté...Merci monsieur Werner ! Merci aux jardiniers, merci Caroline. Nous changeons de maison chaque année mais votre maison est inégalable . Nous espérons bien revenir l.an prochain !

Traumhafte Ferien in Cavalaire-sur-Mer

Unfassbar schön waren unsere Ferien in ihrem Haus. Freundlicher Vermieter, sehr zuvorkommend. Das Haus besitzt alles, ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Traumhafter Blick auf den Hafen. 4 Schlafzimmer ( 3 mit Klimaanlage, 1 mit Ventilator), Badezimmer mit Regendusche, sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist einfach nur ein Traum, auch der Swimmingpool wunderschön. Besser kann man sich die Ferien nicht vorstellen. Wir werden auf jeden fall wieder in dieses Haus kommen. Villa extraordinaire avec une belle vue sur la mer!

Nous avons profité de très belles vacances dans cette maison extraordinaire en septembre/octobre 2021. La maison est très bien équipée et était bien nettoyée, il ne nous manquait rien. Le style de l'intérieur est très beau et moderne. Parlons du jardin: il est immense et très bien maintenu, avec une piscine splendide, une vue extraordinaire sur la mer et sur la ville de Cavalaire, on peut jouer des pétanques, de tennis de table ou lire un livre sur la chaise longue au bord de la piscine. Des moments pures de repos et de bonheur. C'était un séjour inoubliable!

Perfect view Nice house

Villa is een aanrader. Genoten van het prachtig zicht . Mooi huis. Prijs /kwaliteit in verhouding. Vriendelijke verhuurder. Ontvangst door werkvrouw was minder. 4 slaapkamers maar 1 kamer zonder airco (maar dat was geen probleem)
