Luxury Villa in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez with Pool and Breathtaking Ocean Views

Many of our guests return year after year. We do everything we can to ensure they enjoy their stay, and they repay us by treating the house with care and respect. Beyond the satisfaction this brings us, it also guarantees that you will find the property in the condition you expect.

Overlooking Cap Lardier, this newly built villa offers high-end amenities and elegant, carefully considered décor. Facing the sea, with no overlooking neighbours, it is located in a peaceful setting just 400 metres from the beach and local shops.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with all modern conveniences, including home automation, an espresso machine, an American-style fridge-freezer and a gas barbecue. It has been designed to accommodate three couples in comfort.

The five bedrooms have been tastefully decorated in an ivory-white style. The sleeping arrangements include three king-size double beds, two bunk beds with pull-out trundle beds, and an additional single bed in one of the three double bedrooms. A floor plan is included among the photographs.

The fully enclosed, beautifully landscaped 1,100 m² garden includes 600 m² of level ground and is planted with white oleanders, lavender, palm trees, mimosa and many other Mediterranean plants.

The swimming pool is professionally maintained once a week. Bed linen and bath towels can be provided upon request.

The villa comprises a large and spacious 70 m² living area with an open-plan kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and four toilets.

15 minutes by car from Saint-Tropez.

Close to Gassin, Ramatuelle, La Croix-Valmer and the three Îles d’Or: Port-Cros, Île du Levant and Porquerolles.

110 km from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport.

45 km from Toulon.

A compulsory cleaning fee of €200 is payable by the tenant, plus €100 for linen.

The villa is available for weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.

Beautiful home for a family holiday!

I stayed in the villa for a week with my whole family and it was perfect for what we were looking for. Close to the beach and amenities, with a breath taking view surrounding the villa visible from most rooms. There is a short up hill walk to the villa when walking back from the beach or town, which was loved by some of our family but not practical when pushing the baby pram up, so that's something to be mindful of. Otherwise everything was perfect, the house was the perfect size for our large family, the hosts were very accomodating and stayed in close contact to ensure we had a peaceful stay. I can't recommend the villa enough for a sunny and peaceful break away by the sea :)

Wonderful property - wonderful hosts!

We spent many hours choosing accommodation for our 2 month stay in France in March/April. Villa Emilia in Cavalaire was definitely the right choice! It was extremely comfortable and easy to live in, with beautiful views of the Med from every room. The sunny SE facing open plan living/dining area, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors connected us to the outdoors. Heated limestone floors were a welcome luxury. The well-equipped kitchen was a pleasure to cook in - we felt part of the living area and could enjoy the view and TV! The master bedroom was perfect with walk-in robe & ensuite (great separate shower & bath).The heated pool was clean, warm, well-maintained and importantly, close to the house! The flat synthetic grass was practical and attractive for the pool surrounds (and early morning Pilates) and the gardens gave total privacy. The house was secure with electronic outdoor shutters, lights, gates and pool cover. The villa is an easy 6-8 min walk to local shops, cafes and beach, and a pleasant 15 min walk to the centre of Cavalaire with restaurants, shops, boat harbour and cinema. Our wonderful hosts, Franck and Stephanie, were welcoming, and communication was excellent from the first booking enquiry until check-out. As with any home in a period of 2 months, minor things can need fixing or replacing. Any issues we had were swiftly dealt with. We were very sad to leave this lovely villa as it really did feel like a ‘home away from home’. Thank you Franck & Stephanie!

Brilliant family house

A lovely family house with so many great touches. The living space is open plan which is a very sociable and comfortable space and the kitchen is large and well equipped. One minor criticism was the large drawer of similar knives - none of them sharp. A good knife block is needed. Also the bin isn’t big enough for the size of house and the foot pedal was broken - which was a little annoying. The larger bedrooms were luxurious and the smaller bunk rooms perfect for little ones. All had a great view to wake up to and the shutters on all windows were perfect to put the house to bed or stop the house getting too warm. Beds were all v comfortable and the showers were powerful (always a vote winner!). The swimming pool was the perfect size for us with a step for little ones to splash on and a deeper step for adults to sit on. The pool cover gave us some comfort when the pool wasn’t being used (with 3 under 5’s around). The outside seating space has a brilliant view of the bay and is great for eating outside or a drink at sundown. The bbq isn’t actually a bbq it’s a griddle but still it’s fine for outside cooking. The parasols over the seating area are excellent to shield the sun - and can be manoeuvred a great deal. The area of Cavalaire itself is pretty with small and large beaches nearby to visit. The marina is interesting with a mix of good and bad restaurants and a nice time to spend a few hours. The town is small but has most of what we needed, boulangerie, patisserie, charcuterie and a good sized carrefour amongst others. We enjoyed the restaurants away from the Marina most, there is a good selection on the coastal road in town. Further afield there are many nice towns and places to visit. In short it’s a nice place to stay. We recommend Grimaud old town. This is a 5* house which is very luxurious. We had a lovely time and would definitely visit again. One complaint which almost made me rate this a 4 was the lack of house and local guide either soft copy or hard. We normally use Home and Away for holidays and in this day and age I expect the ‘owner’ to have gone to the ‘effort’ of documenting in English (regardless of location, it’s marketed in English) practical house points such as bins/security etc and local recommendations for places to visit, restaurants.In the defence of the owner this information was provided on request but in this price bracket I expect it to be provided without asking.

Vue magnifique et emplacement parfait

La villa est très bien agencée et en parfait état. Très belle décoration, ce qui ne gâche rien. L'extérieur est également très agréable avec une magnifique vue sur la baie et piscine très agréable (plus grand qu'il n'y parait sur les photos!) Magical Stay on French Riviera!

We just spent a marvelous week with family and friends at this home in Cavalaire sur Mer. The location of the home is perfect; it is located minutes from the sea, grocery stores, wineries, Saint Tropez, and all other places you would want to visit as a family. The neighborhood is safe and private, so you can enjoy the peace and serenity without any interruptions from the outside world. The home itself has all amenities one could imagine, including a well-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and a plethora of sheets, towels, pool tools, and bedding for the many beds. The design of the home lends itself to majestic views from every room, so everyone can enjoy the breathtaking location of this magical place. Most importantly, the host and hostess were extremely gracious and helpful; they immediately responded to our questions and made us feel welcome in their beautiful home. My family and I will most certainly travel across the globe very soon in the future to enjoy this elegant place again! It was truly the most perfect place.

Très belle maison avec surtout une vue incroyable!

La maison est très bien pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. La localisation est top pour visiter les alentours de Cavalaire : St Trop, Ramatuelle, le Lavandou, etc. Impossible de se lasser de cette vue quelque soit l'heure de la journée ou de la météo. La propriétaire a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos questions.

Nice place and villa, and the people who rent out the place. But not easy when it is difficult to speak english. And to get a taxi in that area is not possible.... We tried 5-6 times and everytime we got ejected. Also when we tried to get help from a barkeeper, he did not want to help. But again, Nice place, and weather in july but language is and issue.

Schöne Villa in toller Lage

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Die Lage und der Blick auf das Meer waren wirklich toll. Den Strand kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Der Pool war ebenfalls fantastisch. Die Villa selbst ist auch sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Leider gab es ein paar Dinge, die defekt waren (z.B. Kaffeemaschine oder ein Fensterverschluss im Erdgeschoss). Vielleicht müssten ein paar kleinere Reparaturen durchgeführt werden. Bei Problemen während unseres Aufenthalts wurde uns aber immer schnell geholfen. Was die Sauberkeit betrifft, war leider nicht alles so, wie es sein sollte (z.B. der Boden oder die Küchengeräte) was für uns aber trotzdem noch akzeptabel war. Einen Aufenthalt in der Villa würde ich jedem empfehlen. Wir selbst würden auch gerne wieder kommen.

Fantastisk udsigt

Dejlig villa med den skønneste udsigt. Villlaen var stor og rummelig med mange faciliteter. God og hurtig service fra ejer og fra Blandine. Der var dog enkelte ting som var i stykker og bør fikses for at vi kunne have givet 5 stjerner.. Udsigten fra villaen og poolområdet var rigtig fint og vi havde overordnet en rigtig dejlig ferie her.

Tolles Haus – fantastische Aussicht!

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus verbracht – zwei Familien, 5 Erwachsene und 4 Teenager – es war für uns die ideale Unterkunft. Obwohl Mitte Oktober, wurden wir mit angenehmen Temperaturen verwöhnt. Wir konnten jeden Abend draussen essen und die Kids hatten ihren Spass im beheizten Pool. Die Ausstattung ist prima, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt mit Stéphanie und Blandine war ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Es hat alles bestens geklappt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Blick

Wonderful villa with a fantastic view

Our stay in this wonderful villa was the highlight of our summer holidays. We were 2 families with 4 adults and 7 teenager. Everything in this villa was as described and perfectly suited for our stay. The furnishing and the interior of the house is very well suited for an enjoyable holiday stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice. The house is equipped with modern standards of lighting and house functions (e.g. all windows have electrical shutters). The view from the terrace and all the rooms is spectacular and unique!! We enjoyed the pool very much. It has the ideal size for playing and swimming. The nice, sandy beach of Cavalaire can be reached by a 10 minutes walk. We all enjoyed our stay in villa Emilia so much, that we would like to come back again soon!! However, the pool could not be closed (which is a non-issue for travellers without children - we had two with us...) and was only fixed one day prior to our leave. Host apologized for this. Remote control for parking entrance did not work as well and was only fixed one day prior to our leave meaning that entry was open at all times when we left the house. All-in a great stay as above with topics for the issue list as above.

Good evening Sir, Thanks for appreciation, it’s based, this is the first reproach we have to experienced. There is no excuse, only the explanation I told you. I paid for a new remote three weeks ago which were supposed to work only when closed the command box, which were allow you to control the gate. About the pool shutter, I have really nobody to fix it on place and that was impossible for me to come before. You are right to notice the claim, I have unhappily nothing else to say except to apologies. Despite the disappointment, thank to précise that it was a non issue for people without young child. As you have been able to read on the appreciation, it’s a pity for you and me to because we are always doing our best to keep the house in the perfect expected conditions. Best regards Franck
