The place was well outfitted, the location couldn't be more convenient, we felt very safe and it was easy to access. The host was also easily reachable. Would gladly stay there again. 5⭐

Amazing location for a spacious, charming apartment, close to everything including Metro/RER; grocery (Carrefour City) around the corner. Renovated to a high standard. Even has a washer/dryer. We spent 5 nights there and would use this property again.
We absolutely LOVED staying here - my husband and I visited Paris for our one year wedding anniversary. The location is outstanding - right on a busy street but it's tucked far enough back from the street that when you're in the flat, it's quiet and very private. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this property. My husband and I can't wait to come back :)
June 2019 stay with my family in the newly redone, clean & spacious apartment. Close to Metro & Notre Dame Cathedral . Easy communication & quick response from Owner Julien. Would highly recommend to others.

Great ground level apartment in central Paris
Great, large apartment in central Paris. Within walking distance to most notable attractions and close to Metro lines. It was difficult communicating with host who did not meet us at apartment, but instructions were provided on how to obtain keys and enter apartment. No coffee or paper towels were provided so you will need to purchase if staying for an extended period.

We stayed here 8 nights in Feb 2022, and were sad to depart. The apartment is really clean and well lit, everything is modern and worked perfectly. The kitchen was well laid out, and easy to cook full meals in, as well as breakfasts and lunches. It is on the ground floor facing an interior courtyard, so some good things and bad things.
No stairs to carry luggage or groceries up! Also, it was really quiet, and we had no trouble sleeping, even though we were right in the heart of Paris! But there is little natural light. Lots of other lighting, so the apartment is as bright as it looks in the pictures.
The location is superb. Lots of apartments post pictures of the Seine and Notre Dame as being "nearby." For this apartment, those pictures are literally what you see when you step out the door.
We would stay here again.

Paris Apartment
The first night we struggled to get the heater working, called the on call emergency folks within operating hours and they didn’t answer. The folks managing the unit do not live local so the delays in communication was a factor when they sent the instructions the next day.
Hot water heater can’t keep up with showers, not enough towels - the towels in the bath get wet when someone is in the shower no airflow.
Need extra blankets only one again we were cold and not enough supplies.
Offered to leave several supplies behind with the airlines tossing so much of ours on the way in didn’t want to have it tossed again in the way out but they were most likely tossed.
Neighborhood is easy access but observed a man urinating on the side walk day one.
Vendor on the outside of the until comes in and out of the courtyard very loudly to toss trash out.
To begin, some positives: apartment located in a superb location, walking distance from many good spots and it is also quiet inside. In addition, the hosts were very cooperative with communication and helped in answering questions.
Having said that, there are some negatives. The place is not as charming as the photos make it seem- there are no throw pillows or fake green plants or decor in real life. In addition, in the pictures what seems to be some courtyard or little terrace in actuality is the main entrance to the apartment, which happens to be a bit exposed and it is on the ground floor so we were a bit nervous about that. The hosts put a black out shade further in, but it would make more sense if the entrance was blacked out from the front or if the glass was made darker. The apartment is also missing some essential items which I recommend the owners to buy (this is an easy fix)- a floor length mirror (we often had a hard time seeing our outfits), and a garbage in the bathroom (they placed a tiny little bucket on the counter but it is not enough for a bathroom).
Lastly, we were three adults, and this apartment is more ideal for two adults. The sofa bed in the living room was super uncomfortable and the bathroom is tiny so it was difficult to share. Also, even though it says it, its important to note there is no air conditioner (we stayed in summer and felt hot inside).
In conclusion- if you are two people and have a short stay, this is a good place to stay..
I always compare my experiences to what the competition is for all short term rentals.....hotels. To me, short term rentals should be held to the same standards as hotels for all categories.
My wife and I booked the flat for 5 nights 6 days over getting a hotel primarily for space and privacy, which this rental had.
Living room/kitchen
Plenty of room in this combo. Table to eat (even-though we ate out every night). Large TV but again, we never turned it on. Kitchen is a normal sized kitchen. There weren't any napkins or paper towels but there was a paper towel holder. Glad we didn't eat in.
Bedroom
Large bedroom with queen bed and lots of storage for clothes. Bed wasn't the best in the world but at the same time wasn't bad. Had to mess around with the heaters a bit but when we figured it out, it was plenty warm. Down side about the bedroom is the outside view door loos directly into the courtyard where the residents go in and out of. We had the roll up door down the entire time. Not a deal breaker but if you want natural light thats an issue.
Bathroom
Plenty of room and the shower is very large for European standards. I am 6'2 and the shower head was still a good foot away from the top of my head. Separate toilet which is nice. We were given a large towel each as well as a "face" towel each. Again, maybe a something that is different in EU vs US but hotels give you multiple large towels especially in a 5 day stay.
Location
Location is great...depending on what you want to see. You are steps away from shops and restaurants and a few blocks away from Notre Dame and St Chapelle. Shot distance to the Louvre and other great places. Really cool small streets around with great food!
Overall, it was a good place. As a traveler, I look not only for the place but for the experience. It felt like the place was owned by a corporation and someone was hired to run it so the small things weren't there that would push this place to be outstanding. Maybe a bottle of wine or a few water bottles upon arrival. Maybe a "recommendation" list of where to eat and visit (always nice to get the locals feedback). Small things like this make a place a good place a GREAT PLACE.
Clean, functional, quiet apartment in a great location
This apartment has great advantages and a few shortcomings. PROS: Fantastic location, in a building facing the Seine and Île de la Cité, in St. Germain next to the Latin Quarter. Apartment was mostly very clean when we arrived, and is VERY quiet, as it faces an interior courtyard and there was very little noise from neighbors during our 11-night stay. It offers a reasonably comfortable bed (harder than our bed at home in USA, with just a sheet right on the mattress with no topper), plenty of shelves, drawers and hanging closets, a functional kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven, a small combo clothes washer/dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board, a nice flat screen TV in the living room area and another we did not use in the bedroom, a reasonably sized walk-in, glass-enclosed shower with one small sink and vanity with under-counter storage, and a small separate toilet room.
CONS: Apartment is not at all charming, as it has almost no décor and all hard surfaces. There are no area rugs, no art on the walls, no decorative pillows or runner on the bed, just minimal furnishings. They did not provide paper towels, napkins, Kleenex or foil for the oven, and they did not provide enough dish soap, hand soap, bath gel-shampoo, laundry soap or toilet paper to last through our stay, and only 2 medium-sized bath towels and 2 hand towels. We rushed to a nearby convenience store just after arrival to buy a few of these necessities and bottled water, and we laundered our towels twice during our stay. There were no instructions or manuals, so we had go search online quite a bit to find a manual for the specific model of washer/dryer in this apartment. Two of the light switches in the bedroom do nothing, but others worked. The kettle and coffee maker still had water left over from a prior stay; we cleaned out the kettle before using it. The oven had bread crumbs in the door and greasy metal trays, so I cleaned one tray before using it to heat food. The batteries were dead in one of TV remote.
These are all relatively small details. Overall, this apartment is a good, pratical place to stay, but for the price, it could offer a little charm and include basic amenities. We stay in VRBO flats often, and most offer those little extras that make you feel at home and looked after.
I spent two lovely nights in this comfortable, spacious apartment. It is centrally located, yet absolutely silent inside as it is off of a quiet interior courtyard. I could walk anywhere I wanted to go and it is close to the metro, grocery store, and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped with everything I needed, and it was clean and tidy. First floor access is rare in Paris and just what I needed. I will be staying here again when I’m in Paris! Merci.
cetait tres bien , mais les 2 chauffages principaux ne marchaient pas et la machine a cafe perd l‘ eau , les dispenseurs de savon etaient vides …
mais on vous recommende
This is an excellent rental. It is located in the 6th arrondissement in a great location, a convenient walk to many tourist attractions and yet is very private and quiet and without street noise. It is a spacious clean and well equipped space. We have rented in many locations around the world and this was an excellent experience.
Excellent experience. As pictured - maybe slightly larger. Very comfortable beds - even the pull-out. Fantastic shower with dual heads. Close to everything yet quiet as it is in the courtyard. Julien met us and was attentive. Internet was good and easy to connect to.
Grandmother, daughter and granddaughter trip to PARIIS!
The apartment was perfect! Lots of room. Very clean. The bathroom is very roomy--which is nice for 3 women! Location great. I highly recommend this location.
This was our first booking with VRBO and it went extremely well. The flat is exactly as in the pictures - very modern, clean, and comfortable. It has all the essentials you need. Although it does not have a view, once you step outside you are on the Seine and you have a beautiful view and lots of places to walk to. Shopping for food is very convenient from this flat as well. We will probably stay here again.
