T2 apartment of 30 m2 Môle beach, on the 3rd and last floor, overlooking the sea.
Expo South, Southeast to fully enjoy the sunrise and sea view from its terrace of 15m2 (containing a table of 6/8 people and 2 chairs) and a bay window of 3m.
Deco current and neat. complete renovation to the taste of the day.
Not overlooked.

Separate bedroom with 1 bed 140 (new mattress and box spring), and a large closet-wardrobe. New kitchen. New bathroom also.
Rapido sofa of very good quality sleeping, offering the benefits of a real sofa.
We put at your disposal a free and secure parking.
Close to all amenities, everything is done on foot (supermarket, restaurant on the edge of the sea, Walk of the Stroll, port ..).
Those who wish will be able to smoke but exclusively on the terrace.
Our animal freinds are not admitted.
Check deposit 400 € uncollected returned to departure.
Booking duration of 7 days minimum.

Nice, little Flat near the Beach

The flat itself is nice, although it could and should be cleaner. Dishes, pans and pots were quite dirty so we had to wash them first. There has been a misunderstanding probably on our side, we thought that blankets and towels are supplied, but they are not. Fortunatly we got help from the owner which was really appreciated! Aircon works great, balcony is nice with seaview. The provided car park is just 100m away and secured.

L'appartement était bien situé face à la plage et proche des commerces, restaurants, terrains de pétanque et promenades diverses L'accueil convivial. Les draps n'étaient pas fournis, nous étions prévenus, mais ce n'était pas pratique car nos draps personnels ne convenaient pas à la largeur du lit à notre disposition. Attention, c'est un 3e étage sans ascenseur. Pour la cuisine, pas mal de vaisselle. Mais, il aurait fallu du sel, du poivre, de l'huile, vinaigre et du liquide vaisselle pour être au top. Le débit de la douche était assez faible, il n'y avait pas de séchoir à cheveux. Malgré ces détails, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances

quelle vue!

bonne communication pour accéder à l'appartement,le parking est un confort indispensable surtout a proximité,la climatisation est appréciée !tous les commerces sont à coté,la terrasse est parfaite pour les PDJ et les dîners surtout avec une telle vue,,seul bémol nous avons du relaver une partie de la vaisselle,nous recommandons à tous cet appartement pour passer un excellent séjour au Cap.

Sehr schöne Wohnung / ungünstiger Zeitpunkt

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Lage perfekt, der Blick auf's Meer genau wie auf dem Bild. Leider waren während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes lautstarke Bauarbeiten in direkter Nähe vor- bzw. bis direkt vor unserem Haus zugange (Straßenarbeiten, Bagger, Betonmischmaschinen) - den ganzen Tag von 7.30 bis 16.30! Und dass direkt in und um unsereWohnung herum solcher Baulärm stattfindet - das hat uns leider niemand gesagt / niemand hat uns darüber informiert. Das hat den Genuss leider erheblich beeinträchtigt!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'appartement bénéficie d'une belle terrasse avec une très belle vue sur la mer, il est fonctionnel et se trouve à proximité des commerces et du port du cap d'Agde, nous avons donc pu tout faire à pied. Petites suggestions toutefois, merci d'apporter un peu plus d'attention au ménage et de mettre à disposition une cafetière classique ainsi qu'un sèche cheveux, sinon tout était parfait, merci

Bel appartement bien équipé (la climatisation est défectueuse) avec panorama magnifique. Le revers : sous les fenêtres, sur la plage à partir de minuit une discothèque à ciel ouvert les nuits durant 4- 5 h du matin tout style de musique confondu. Nous jetons l’éponge le mercredi épuisées par des nuits largement écourtées, redoutant la nuit suivante. A recommander aux noctambules toutefois.

Petite location , très facile pour l'entretien . La terrasse est une pièce en plus ,avec une vue exceptionnelle. Un petit regret, le manque de place disponible pour nos rangements, nous étions là pour un mois. Il faut savoir que l'appartement est au 3em étage et sans ascenseur.

Joli appartement très bien équipé et décoré avec un belle terrasse et une vue mer très belle

Petit appartement sur le toit d'un immeuble au 3ème étage. Très bon état bien entretenu joliement décoré et très bien équipé. Peut-être un four en plus du microonde serait bienvenu . Canapé lit très confortable Cuisine avec beaucoup de vaisselle très propre Lit et oreillers confortables . Terrasse bien équipée avec une superbe vue pleine mer et sur Sète.
