Fresh look condo on the 4th floor of the Kingsview complex. Walk down stairs to the lake front & relax on the lake or take a stroll on the boardwalk that leads to the London Bridge and Rotary Park. The master bedroom features a King bed, flat screen T.V. and a master bath with tub/shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Large balcony with patio set & propane BBQ. One of the best spots on Lake Havasu -It's really all about the location!! Kitchen is fully stocked to cook or BBQ outside on the covered balcony. Master bath has a washer and dryer.

The condo is gated with garage parking for cars or trucks, and limited spots for boat parking in the gated parking area. They is a security guard that patrols during the night to ensure no property is taken from the parking structure or boat parking area. Additional boat parking is available across the street as well. There are 2 boat launch sites within a 5 min drive, and you can park your boat on the beach during the day. Take breaks in the A/C or make a few more drinks to enjoy.

This condo is walking distance to multiple restaurants and bars. One of the best steak houses is steps from the condo, with a great wine selection. This is the place to be in Lake Havasu!!

Perfect Location

This condo was in a perfect location for our visit to Lake Havasu. The condo was clean and well stocked. The location, near the London Bridge, was great for walking, biking, a boat tour and renting a pontoon boat for the afternoon. Everything was within walking distance. We hope to return!

Stayed with my wife and 3 teenage kids. Condo has plenty of room and is in a great location. Owner had great communication, hope to stay here again in the future.

Riverfront & Sunshine

Bryant's condo was exactly what us retired Michiganders needed. We could sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sunshine along with a view of the London Bridge as the boats passed by. The condo was very clean, and had all the provisions needed for our stay. Would definitely stay there again if we travel out that way in the future.

We had a fabulous time! The unit was clean. The host was helpful. The kitchen was stocked. Access to parking, boat parking and the water were all great. The back patio was huge and awesome! We could see the bridge, the lake and parts of the river from the back deck. We didn’t have time to look at the pool tho. We will be back.

Family Vacation

Place was perfect for my family of 4. Everything was clean and close to everything. Walkable down to a beach in front of the condo. Can see London bridge and peekaboo views of the water from the 4th floor. Everything was great! Would stay again! You can hear people walking upstairs but other than that place was great!

The property was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The condo was located on the second floor and stairs were close by, though we didn’t use it there is an elevator as well. Though it was not directly on the water, we had a “peek a view” of the river and it was a very short walk to the beach and river walk. Very accessible. The property owner was very helpful and attentive. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The river and city were quite busy and noisy there was a HUGE powerboat event while we visited. We rented a pontoon on a weekday to take a pleasant ride to Topock Gorge.
