Awesome place on the lake with a beach right outside

We we’re very impressed with the clean modern condo on the water, close to restaurants was able to park are boat right in front of the condo, everything was perfect for a getaway on the water, thanks so much from the Cooksey family, we will be planning another trip to lake Havasu

We spent the weekend here and it was everything the listing said. Master bed is a little tiny, lol but the condo was very comfortable, super clean and comfortable.

First Trip to Lake Havasu

Tali was the perfect host. He was very responsive when I had questions. The condo has been very nicely updated and was very clean. Large balcony with comfy furniture.Try out ChaBones restaurant literally across the street. A great happy hour and upscale food choices.

Great Place on Channel!

Very clean, great location! Walking path was very enjoyable. Sunsets were beautiful! Ducks were fun for kids! Marina was less than .25 mile away with shops and restaurants. Kitchen and baths were well stocked all you need is your toothbrush! Tali is a great communicator and answers very quickly.
