Perfect place to stay in Lake Havasu

This place was great! Centrally located so you could walk to many restaurants and bars. Being in the water was great also. The balcony was very large and easily accommodated the 6 of us I would highly recommend this to others, and we’ll definitely be back.

Great location, clean and enjoyable. Steps to the beach and plenty of room to moor boat for daytime fun. Definitely a place to revisit next year.

Fabulous Location

Great location just steps away from all of the activities of London Bridge. Condo was modern and clean, kitchen had all of the basic amenities. Lots of great space on the deck outdoors to watch the boats move through the channel.

Best King’s Condo rental

I have stayed in this rental a few times. It’s ways amazing. One of the best rentals out of the complex. Great balcony for watching people and boats in the channel. Easy access to the beach. Will rent again.

A very nice condo in a great location.

This was a very nice condo. New modern equipment. Good bed's and furniture. Great location, right on the water for Lake Havasu. The condo was very clean, really nothing to complain about, a very nice unit. I have stayed at various condo's on Lake Havasu and this was one of the best.

Great location. Able to walk to many restaurants and shops. Need more coffee cups and glasses, only 4 each had to wash them each morning . Also no closet available in 2nd bedroom.And only 4 bath towels, no extras.coffecupups

The air conditioner was non functioning when we arrived. Lake Havasu had temperatures ranging in the 100’s all week. The host did have AC company check and air conditioner could not be repaired during our stay. Host did provide portable air conditioner on 5th day of our stay but it did not cool the condo. Only provided relief if you sat directly in front of it. We did limited cooking cause that made condo even warmer. Had to keep drapes closed and limit lights to try to keep it cooler. Was not the pleasant stay we looked forward to having.

The overall property was good. Except, the comforters and throw pillows in the bedrooms and the seat backs on the sofa need cleaning. They smelled of dirty hair. Also, the closet in the 2nd bedroom was filled with paint cans so there was no room to hang clothes.
