This apartment in Rome overlooks the streets San Celso and Campanella. Filled with sunshine most of the day, it is tastefully furnished in black and white. Unique for the original coffered ceiling and ancient tiled terracotta floor.



The apartment, which ensures quality comfort and privacy, stretches over two floors. Max. capacity: 6 people.



The main floor comprises a large hall divided into a night area (with twin or double bed) and a living area with a double sofa bed, TV, bookcase, dining table and fully equipped kitchen (i.e. glass ceramic burners, new generation dishwasher, microwave oven, espresso coffee machine, pans, glassware, ceramic ware and cutlery). Brand new bathroom with shower.



A small flight of stairs leads to the top floor, which has a bedroom (with twin or double bed) and a bathroom with bath, shower and washing machine. A kitchenette fitted with microwave oven, sink and small table makes preparing and having breakfast and light snacks a pleasure.



The apartment is air-conditioned. The Internet connection can be accessed from all rooms and is free of charge.

Quiet building, quiet street close to everything. Comfortable beds. But 3rd floor no elevator. Wifi is poor, no CNN or France24 on Tv but you can have the Television of Iran….Low hot water pressure.

Good location, but needs some work

The apartment was in a very good location, close to the Vatican, restaurants. It's walking distance from Piazza Navona and Trevi Fountain. It was on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which was fine for us. It was quiet, except for the room upstairs which is right under the roof with the low sloping ceiling (more of an attic). It sounded like a rooster at 4am every day and skylights that led in a lot of early morning light, right on top of the bed. You could hear the birds walking on the roof, which is right over the bed. The upstairs shower did not work, so we just used the downstairs shower. Several hooks fell off the wall in the bathroom during our stay. The apartment had somewhat of a dilapidated appearance. The apartments we rented in Venice and Florence were also old but were nicely appointed and well maintained in contrast to this place.

Nous avions réservé cet appartement pour notre famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants). Nous étions venus en avion en avion et voulions pouvoir être libre dans nos déplacements. Cet appartement est très confortable et très bien situé. Nous avons pu réaliser la plupart des visites des monuments à pied à partir de l'appartement. De plus on trouve de nombreux restaurants pas loin du tout. Nous avons passé une semaine au top dans ce logis où la décoration a été faite avec goût. Merci à Martha pour son accueil et ses conseils et ses efforts pour se faire comprendre.

Nice apartment in a wonderful central location! Walk to the Vatican, Coloseum, Piazza Novona and more. Great for two couples since bedrooms are on separate floors. But be aware, apartment is several flights up and there is no lift.

Wonderful place for family

We recently stayed at the apartment for three nights. It was in a fantastic location, so close to shops, sights and transportation yet for all that was going on around the neighborhood, it was very quiet at night. We would highly recommend this property. It was a great central location at which to stay in Rome and very comfortable.

The best thing about this was the location! It is perfectly situated in the heart of Rome. The apartment was great - we had 2 floors, with my children on the upper floor. Each floor has its own bathroom. We did not use the kitchen, but it seemed fully stocked with the appliances one would expect. The only negative on the apartment is that it is located on the fourth floor with a circular staircase and it does not have an elevator. (fourth floor counting by US standards, or third floor by European counting). On my next trip to Rome, I would definitely stay in this apartment.

Amazing- and perfect location!

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was perfect for our family of 4! The location made it simple to walk to ALL hot spots- we only had to get a taxi at the end of our trip to make it to the train station. The apartment has so much character and it has all the amenities you could need- they even provided shampoo, a hair dryer, a few snacks, suggestions on where to eat and a map of the city. There are a couple of restaurants and markets just outside of the building making it super convenient to buy food for breakfast or to grab a light lunch/drink before exploring the city. I would stay here again in a heart beat- it’s definitely a hidden gem in the city.

My daughter and I spent 2 wonderful weeks in Rome and this apartment was great! Emanuele was so helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. I recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again. The location is ideal and within walking distance to most of the important sights in central Rome.

Lovely place to spend a few days.

A nice and reasonably priced flat near a lot of cool stuff. Very helpful booking agent. Apartment could be a little loud from outside noises, but closing the windows fixed that, and the neighborhood was quiet by 11 PM. Nicely equipped kitchen for doing breakfasts. There is also a very helpful three ring notebook that answered lots of questions. We'd recommend it to our friends.

Location, Location, Location!

My family of 4 loved this home. Emanuele was a great host. He arranged for us to be picked up from the airport and to be taken to the train station at the end of our stay. The location of this unit is fantastic! The unit was so close to everything we walked everywhere. There was a great gelato shop (Gelateria del Teatro) not far up the street which was actually some of the best gelato we had in all of Italy ( and I think my daughter came close to trying them all). There was also a fantastic Michelin restaurant (Le Streghe) just below. There are a lot of stairs but my family did not mind it because you were on the top and it kept the unit quiet. It also helped work off some of that gelato! I would definitely recommend this unit.

Nice and quiet Neighbourhood, near Vatican!

We stayed at this apartment with my wife and two teenage daughters in june 2017 and had a great time in Rome! It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It has well functional AC's thru out the house. Wifi is slow but OK for emailing and texting! The 2nd bedroom was on a another floor up within the same apartment but we liked it since it has its bathroom and parents and kids can have their own private space. There are lots of nearby shops, stores, mini marts, bars and restaurants for your daily needs. There is a nearby pasta place for $5/pasta plate with various sauces and I recommend that place to everyone for a quick, inexpensive and delicious pasta. Apartment is 15 min walk from Vatican and 3min walk from the tourist bus ( Red bus , etc.). It is in a quiet neighbourhood. Emanuelle and his assistance were wonderful people and helped us with all of our needs. I recommend this place for sure and hope to be back soon! Thank you Emanuelle!

Black and White apartment, a lovely place

We had a very comfortable stay at the Navona Black and White apartment. All the amenities were there. And it is probably the best located place you could stay. It is in the middle of all the sites and attractions. Enjoy!

Excellent location, huge apartment, absolutely perfect for our family

Couldn't have been in a more ideal location. Easy walk to Piazza Navona and Vatican. Easy walk or cab rides to other sites. Worked perfectly for our family of 4 (kids ages 6 and 10.) So many food options right outside our door and yet on a quiet street. I'm ready to go back! Have already recommended it to a friend!

Wonderful first experience with an apartment stay as opposed to a hotel.

GREAT central location: one block from Castle Sant' Angelo, two from the Vatican, three from Plaza Navona and the Pantheon yet on a quiet and beautiful street full of shops and cafes. Comfortable, clean and spacious two bedrooms two baths and TV with channels in English.
