The apartment is located in absolute calm in the center of Cannes 2 minutes walk from the Forville market, 5 minutes from the beaches, the Palais des Festivals, Cannes Hyper Center, 8 minutes from the train stations. The living room and balcony to the south and the room enjoy a splendid and panoramic view of the bay of Cannes (Lérins islands in Estérel and focus on the old town of Suquet ..). The kitchen opens onto a terrace to the north. The apartment is very bright and located on the top floor of a small quiet residence. Free parking in the streets of this quiet area or fixed municipal parking.
