Caudéran is a residential and lively district of Bordeaux while being very close to the hyper center (4km). The location of the house allows you to do everything on foot. You will find all shops at 100m, direct bus to the city center (Place des Quinconces) 200m, beautiful shops and good restaurants and the beautiful Parc Bordelais nearby.
The house includes 3 large bedrooms and a small bedroom with 1 sofa bed, a large living room dining kitchen with bay windows overlooking the terrace and garden. No vis-à-vis.
Heated pool. Summer kitchens with bar on the terrace.
TV, internet.
Air conditioning throughout the house.
The house has been completely renovated in 2019.
Ideal for 6 people but possible to 8.

A real air of holidays and well-being reigns there.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette jolie demeure située à quelques minutes en bus du centre de bordeaux et à proximité de commerces. Maison moderne, spacieuse, joliment décorée et bien équipée. Propriétaires charmants et à l'écoute. Piscine au top, très appréciable en cas de forte chaleur.

Belle maison de standing dans Bordeaux, moderne, bien équipée, très propre, bien placée dans un quartier résidentiel avec commerces à proximité et proche centre. Les +: clim dans la maison, piscine. Belle région entre terre et mer.
