First Floor w/Lanai Access - Seasons at Sandpoint

Residence 131 is one of only two condos in the entire Seasons complex that has direct access to the grounds from the lanai. Directly out the lanai gate and down the steps is the barbecue, the grass, the beach, and the marina - and let's not forget the hot tub and pool! No hollering back up to the condo to throw down the forgotten spices or corkscrew. Let the kids come and go, and keep an eye on them from the lanai without having to play escort to and from the front of the condo.


The kitchen is well equipped, from Riedel wine glasses to Henckels cutlery, with contemporary styling and art, the condo is comfortably inviting. Being an end unit, it has additional windows that allow for more natural light and cross ventilation. There is a deep pocket king in the master, a queen in the second bedroom (both appointed with down comforters), and a couch in the living room that folds out into a real queen bed. No lumpy mattress and bars cramping your back. Just retrieve the bedding from the jumbo storage cocktail ottoman, then roll it aside to open the sofa bed. This condo also has a washer/dryer, access to an underground parking garage, free WiFi, a 65-inch Smart LED TV with home theater surround-sound and a DVD/MP3/iPod/iPhone player hookup in the living room, a 43-inch Smart LED TV with a DVD player in the master, and a 40-inch Smart LED TV with a DVD player in the second bedroom. The oversize recliner invites you to sit back and relax - and we invite you to stay and enjoy!

Residence 131 is near the beginning of the complex, closest to the short walk to downtown Sandpoint, restaurants, galleries, and the famed City Beach. Lake Pend Oreille is literally right outside! The marina offers boat slip rentals for your days of fishing and waterskiing, and you are already in downtown Sandpoint to enjoy all the restaurants. The nearby mountains offer beautiful hiking trails for the outdoorsy types, and there is even horseback riding available through Mountain Horse Adventures. When the lake freezes over, you'll be a short drive from the lifts at Schweitzer Mountain Resort.

In October of 2020 three brand new Smart TVs with YouTube TV have been added to the residence.

This place was absolutely perfect. The condo was clean, cozy, and spacious. We booked for two nights but solely from the experience at the condo it made us wish we could stay much longer. Everything about the space was great—from the comfortable beds to the outdoor deck and bathrooms. The accessibility to the beach and dock as well as hot tub/pool was really nice (in addition to the close proximity to downtown area). This was absolutely amazing and we look forward to coming back!

The location was great, however the busy railroad right behind the building was very loud, especially at night in the back bedroom. The rest of the experience more than made up for the disturbance, and we loved staying there. The staff was helpful and kind. The short walk to downtown restaurants was great and the Condo amenities were wonderful! We would definitely stay again and just bring sound machines to help with the noise from the trains.

Nice Location

The condo was lovely with a great view of the lake and close to town and walking trails. The condo was very modern, clean and with a very nice patio overlooking the lake. We didn't know when we booked, however, that there was a freight train line behind the complex. Although the trains didn't blow their horns, they were a bit annoying. We also never had TV service. We contacted the HOA who said they would come to activate the service, but they never showed up.

Very friendly place. We would come again. The only negative is the rate was a bit high since it seemed to be in low season and the cleaning cost and fees are high. I can see summer for lake activity and winter for mountain activities it would be a premium location, but it was very quiet when we visited. We loved the coffee available in the main room at Seasons. All in all - great place. There is a lot of train traffic behind. If you are a light sleeper, that may be an issue.

The front desk person was awesome. And showed me around the club house to ensure I knew exactly where everything was. The condo was almost spotless. Overall, very nice, incredible view out the windows and great location on the corner of the building! Plenty of kitchen utilities and Everything we needed to cook up dinner and breakfast after we headed to the store, just a short drive away. Finally, check-out was perfect as well as we left before anyone was at the desk. They told us exactly where to stash our keys and opener and was able to hit the road worry-free. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a great experience!!

Friendly people, beautiful location and a wonderful pool and hot tub. The price was a reasonable listing but the the final cost was over $2,200.00 for three nights. I think that is a mistake and am waiting for a correction or at least correspondence. The train going by multiple times was noisy and a surprise. Thank you.
