Executive Home - Luxury Bedrooms - close to beaches
Breakfast This is one of a few places in the area that offers a free dry breakfast and coffee every morning.
The space
Owner Occupied. Luxury rental in Port Stanley, come relax and enjoy! Brand new, high end, luxury home at the edge of Little Creek Conservation Area. 2 minutes to Little Beach and 5 minutes to the Big Beach. Minutes to restaurants and shopping in Port.
Our guests get an entire level to themselves with 2 bedrooms.
Private bathroom for guests in a brand new luxury home. Large windows to let all the light into the room with your comfy brand new Queen size bed! New mattresses, pillows and sheets. Silk duvets for added comfort. A desk and chair in each room for anyone who needs to get a little work in.
Our guest rooms are on one level of our house to guarantee privacy. Our guest level Includes a coffee station and bar frig, a family room setting with gas fireplace. Oak dining table in the family room as well. We also have a full size frig and freezer for guests.
We can accommodate 4 adults only.
Dry Breakfast included (depending on season) with coffee station!
Guest access
Front door and 2 private bedrooms with a separate lock on each door. Private guest bathroom with locking door and private living room space with coffee station, fireplace and dining area.

No Smoking on our property please! No pets allowed as we have a house cat called Bella.

Thank you very much for your review it is only with these comments that give us ideas of how to improve.
The entire floor is self contained and I only go into your space to set up breakfast or coffee in the morning and to clean up if necessary. It is private for you and your guests.
Usually only Bella (the cat) is at home. We clean and vacuum every day and during the days as well. But even with just Bella sometimes there is hair.
I would like to offer you another stay at a discount if you would consider coming back. Thank you.

I have always wanted to run a B & B. I used to host international students and had so much fun with them that I really wanted to do this. I work full time in London and expect to retire in another year. I love being close to "large water" and Port Stanley seemed to be a good fit for me. Someone will be there to greet you and show you the house and your room. They will show you where the "beach toys" are and how to get to the beaches whether you want to walk or ride or drive.
Why they chose this property
I love being close to nature and so the conservation area is perfect for all the wild life we get to see from our deck. I wanted something brand new without all the problems of older houses. I also wanted big and bright areas to live in. This house seems to fit the bill for me.
What makes this property unique
Lots of walking trails and nature. Easy access to town, water and the city. Lots of tourist attractions close by and of course, there are lots of golf courses to try out. Our guests can rent water toys in town. There is also a community theatre that is very active and has plays all summer. There is a small airport in St Thomas and you can hire a pilot to give you aerial views.
