1 living room overlooking the garden with sofa, TV
- Kitchenette equipped with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, coffee maker and Bosch coffee maker, refrigerator -
1 double room with duvet, overlooking the garden -
1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet -
On the attic floor (access by narrow staircase):
1 double room with duvet
Enclosed garden. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Electric heating. Equipment and bedding recent. Parking spaces. Washing machine. Dryer. Heating package of 30 € / week from October to May. Very good condition (maintenance, painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, extra pet (1 only small dog allowed -7kg), deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August, other periods: week.

Une petite maison très fonctionnelle
Une location comme neuve, très bien équipée, bien située et au calme. Parfait pour deux, tout à fait correcte pour 4. Pour 6, il faut tabler sur le beau temps car la piece à vivre limite le mouvement. Mais une tres bonne prestation pour le prix.
