La maison est agrĂ©able et bien situĂ©e, Ă  proximitĂ© du centre-ville. Des commerces sont facilement accessibles. Le stationnement est aisĂ© dans le quartier.Quelques Ă©quipements pourraien ĂȘtre avantageusement remplacĂ©s pour les rendre plus conformes au standing de la location (!Ă©tendoir a linge, literie de la chambre au dessus du salon, portes de placards de l'entrĂ©e). La route de Tregunc et le chantier naval apportent un peu de bruit.Nous garderons un tres bon souvenir de notre sĂ©jour.

Leider auch einige negative Punkte.

Besonders schön sind die Terrasse und der Garten, die Wohngegend ist auch gut und Parken auch kein Problem. Check in und Check out gut. Leider fĂ€hrt ab September die FĂ€hre ins Zentrum Abends nicht mehr und macht auch eine lĂ€ngere Mittagspause! Das Haus ist leider schon sehr abgewohnt und viele der Koch-Utensilien gehören ausgewechselt und grundgereinigt. Die Matratzen sind leider auch nicht besonders gut. Preis-Leistung stimmt aus obern genannten GrĂŒnden nicht.

Sehr schönes helles Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus ist sehr großzĂŒgig und hell und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit der Alex und Cathy von der Agentur war sehr nett. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Belle maison

La maison est bien faite et confortable, entourĂ©e d’un jardin magnifique. L’accueil de l’agence est parfait. On a juste regrettĂ© la route qui passe devant la terrasse et qui enlĂšve une certaine quiĂ©tude au lieu. Enfin, lorsqu’une maison est louĂ©e pour 8 personnes, elle ne doit pas seulement ĂȘtre Ă©quipĂ©e de 4 lits. Elle doit au moins comporter une table avec 8 chaises autour et une vaisselle qui permette de dresser une table correctement. Au moins 8 verres Ă  eau et 8 verres Ă  vin non dĂ©pareillĂ©s. Ceci Ă©viterait au locataire d’arriver pour aller acheter de la vaisselle.

Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt.

Ein insgesamt schönes Haus in einer tollen Gegend. Die oberen Schlafzimmer sind zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet verfĂŒgen aber ĂŒber alles Wichtige. Der untere Bereich ist freundlich eingerichtet. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Eine schöne, große Terrasse und ein toller Garten, mit Wilderdbeeren, Himbeeren und Brombeeren. Die Kinder haben es geliebt. Die Hauptstraße am Ende des Gartens war nur zu bestimmten Zeiten befahren und ansonsten meist ruhig. Das historische Zentrum ist fußlĂ€ufig mit einer 2 minĂŒtigen Überfahrt mit einer FußgĂ€ngerfĂ€hre (1€/Fahrt) erreichbar. Supermarkt, Boulangerie, Apotheke und das Wasser sind ebenfalls alle fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und wurden auch von der Agentur bestens betreut.

Vaste maison, agrĂ©able, oĂč rien ne manque. Il est vrai que la route en contre bas est un peu bruyante, mais la situation prĂ©s du bac permet de profiter facilement de la ville sans le soucis du stationnement. En bref, nous avons passĂ© un bien agrĂ©able sĂ©jour.

La maison est conforme et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La route au pied du jardin est un peu bruyante mais n’a pas empĂȘchĂ© les enfants de profiter du jardin trĂšs beau par ailleurs ! La maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e Ă  quelques minutes du bac vers la vieille ville et le sĂ©jour a pu se dĂ©roulĂ© en utilisant trĂšs peu notre vĂ©hicule. Concarneau est une trĂšs jolie ville avec pleins d’activitĂ© pour les familles.

Een mooi huis op een mooie locatie.

We hebben de sleutels opgehaald bij een reisbureau waar we zeer hartelijk werden ontvangen. Ze spraken zowel Frans als Engels. Bij binnenkomst in het huisje kregen we een smoezelige (typisch frans) indruk maar met een pakje chloordoekjes voelden we ons al snel thuis. We hebben 2 weken mogen verblijven in een mooi en ruim huis. Maar wel een (wederom) typisch Frans huis. Kleine(!!) harde(!!)bedden.. niet echt comfortabel. Beneden een goede ruime badkamer, boven een badkamer met bad.. wel een douchekop maar geen stang waar ie aan ophing. Voldoende kastruimte, een ruime keuken met volop spullen. Een goede zithoekje met banken waar je in lekker in wegzakt. De eethoek was groot genoeg. Het huis was wel wat gehorig, vooral in de slaapkamer boven achter had je daar wat last van mede omdat de doorgaande weg achter het huis doorliep. De tuin was voorzien van voldoende tuinstoelen, 2 tuintafel een parasol en 2 ligstoelen De locatie was perfect. Bakker en bank in de buurt. Grote winkels dichtbij(Intermatché, LeClerq, Action, Decathlon) Vanuit de achterpoort was het de straat recht naar beneden lopen en dan kom je uit op de haven. Daar is een pontje wat je naar de citadel vol gezellige winkeltjes en eettentjes van Concarneau brengt recht de Franse gezelligheid in. Een stuk verder de rest van de haven en het deel van Concarneau waar alles te doen is. De weekmarkt, braderie, Brocante markt, het uitgaansleven en verschillende restaurants.
