Great property and host!

We stayed in town for a bike race and the house was great. It fulfilled all our need and was extremely comfortable. Ample sleeping space and comfortable beds. Virgina also provides snacks, breakfast foods and drinks, as well as a well-stocked pantry. Communication was great the whole stay and I highly recommend this property.

Homecoming Weekend

Had a very nice stay at Virginia's house. The kids enjoyed playing football in the side yard, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with food so we were able to avoid a trip to the grocery store for the basics for the weekend!

Great stay!

The house is very cute and great especially if you have a larger group. Convenient location and close to restaurants and the university. The house has everything you need, even things you might not think about! Virginia communicated throughout the whole process and was super helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Charming little home and stocked with amenities!

Easy location and close to everything we needed. Host was wonderful and house stocked with everything we needed and more! Wish it had been a little warmer to enjoy the cute patio and fire pit! Will definitely stay here again if available. Thanks for the quiet place to stay and being pet friendly.

Nice place to stay

The place was conveniently located to the University of Arkansas. The neighborhood is quite with occasional train noise though not too distracting. Very responsive host. Place has all you would ever need to make this a home away from home.

Great Spot Near the Univeristy in Fayetteville

We booked this house last minute for my Daughters Bid Day at the UofA and it was perfect. Very clean and great location for access to the University and Fayetteville Square. Will definitely try to book it again for Razorback Football Games.

Our rental had everything you could need plus some! The outside space was great for hanging out at night. Great location, close to the University. It met all of our needs. Virginia was quick to respond to messages..would def rent again!

Home style comforts

Such a cute, eclectic property with so much attention to having all the comforts of home. Kitchen, including the fridge, was stocked, beds were super comfy, plenty of towels, etc. Virginia is an awesome owner to work with. We didn’t have time to enjoy the great outdoor space, but it was super inviting.

If I could give 10 stars

I absolutely would! I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO homes and never encountered a better host. Virginia is by far the best! Extremely communicative, helpful and kind. She goes above and beyond to make you and your family comfortable. The place is adorable too and done so well. We love the outside space as well. Have stayed there twice!

Couple of nice touches

Virginia, was proactive in answering any possible questions we may have had . Virginia also added a cookie cake w/ our school colors upon arrival . Kitchen was stocked wonderfully. The only issue I may have that sleeps 10? It does , but really sleeps 8 ... comfortabley overall a very nice stay

Great time in Fayetteville!

The hosts of this property have thought of everything! I have never seen a place so well stocked, and every little thing was thought about. The accommodations were very clean and easy to settle into. We filled that place to the brim with people, and I was afraid we were going to feel crowded, but it actually worked out fine! We fix a lot of our own meals, and it was easy to cook and prepare food. The place has a lot of European flair, where every space is utilized. Well done!

Hidden Gem!

Came in to town because of a family medical emergency and feel so fortunate there was a last minute cancellation so I could stay! The hosts were beyond kind and allowed me an early check in!! Knowing the reason I was in town they were so supportive and helpful!! This property provided close access to Washington Regional Hospital as well as the U of A. The bed was heavenly! With fantastic pillows! The hosts have covered every possible detail - everything I needed was right there! Thank you so much for everything you did to make the worst of situations into a comforting experience! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely wonderful place

We, along with my parents, came to visit our daughter (a UARK student) for the first home football game. Wonderful is an understatement to describe our stay. Virginia was an amazing host with excellent communication during booking and throughout the visit. The house is in a very convenient location and there was plenty of room. The accommodations were above and beyond our expectations. There were amenities in all bathrooms, treat/snacks/breakfast/beverages in the kitchen. An adorable cookie cake with “Go hogs” was on the table. I can’t begin to describe how accommodating everything was. Virginia went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We have many plans to head back down over the next 2.5 years and hope we will be able to book at this location.

In town for a wedding

We had a great time in Fayetteville for a family wedding. The accommodations were great. The extra touches of snacks, bathroom products, and awesome linens were much appreciated. Fantastic communication from host as well. We were warned of bad weather we didn’t even realize was rolling through. Overall a great host!!

Green space, convenient location with very few neighbors and plenty of green space right off the Greenway Trail!The G.T.H. is in a unique throw back neighborhood with vegetable gardens, trees and room for zoomies !

What makes this property unique

Close to I49 & walk the Greenway to downtown .The GTH property has lots of outdoor space.Urban local but with a country vibe .We are close to Scull Creek & U of A Agricultural area so more green space & beautiful trees!
