This house was great! We had 10 people and 2 dogs and it never felt crowded. Everything was clean and the location was close to everything we wanted to do (downtown, Civil War Memorial, restaurants, and hikes). The backyard was perfect for the dogs and for us to sit and enjoy the weather.

Our family had an amazing stay at this property. We loved the location and how convenient it is to so many things that Fayetteville has to offer as well as the rest of Northwest Arkansas. The house itself was great. We all had our own space but we could also all be together. I highly recommend for anyone visiting the area

This was a beautiful stay. Plenty of room for all. Beds were comfortable and property was clean! Neighborhood is quaint and friendly all the neighbors speak and wave to you!!! My granddaughter was able to ride her scooter and play on their neighborhood play ground and plenty of sidewalks for long walks . The house itself is beautiful and open,with a patio, outdoor grilling built in and a tv. the yard is lovely The host was fabulous very easy to communicate with very prompt to get hold of. Close to everything and the university where my Grandson is attending college. I would recommend to anyone for a relaxing getaway!

We loved the home and neighborhood was lovely. I walked every morning along sidewalks and enjoyed the flowers. My only suggestion would be more bath towels are needed and better quality (larger).

Great house, perfect location

We really enjoyed the stay. There was lots of room particularly for the dogs. The location is great and I really loved being able to unload and load up in the garage out of the weather!

The Collegiate provided ample space for our group of 10. We loved the layout of the bedrooms and the open floor plan on the main level. We had everything we needed for our stay.
