Great place and location to go anywhere in Fayetteville. Easy check in and the host was super responsive! Lots of room and the kitchen AND bathrooms were well stock for guests. Beds were good but would suggest new mattresses soon.

Great place to stay will be coming back! Owner was very accommodating with check in and check out! His communication was great! House was perfect for our group. Location was good and not far from campus or Dickson at all!

The property was clean, easy access to where ever you wanted to go. Property Manager Clayton was awesome. Checked with us several times to see if there was anything we needed. We asked for a bbq grill and had one within the hour. Would recommend this property

Parents Weekend

This place was perfect, not fancy, but had all we needed! Plenty of space for 6 of us to stay and relax and enjoy each other without being on top of each other. In addition, we had trouble with the dishwasher the first night and our text was answered IIMMEDIATELY by the property manager who came over and fixed it and brought supplies for us as well. Above and beyond!

The kitchen need more utensils and all of the plates and bowls are cheap plastic. The mattresses in all of the bedrooms are terrible foam mattresses with no boxspring on any of them.. The couch has areas that you sink in, like the springs are missing.
