Charming townhouse (former Chai), very well renovated and charmingly decorated, located in the center of the historic district of Sigean and close to all shops, restaurants and bars.
The main room of nearly 100m2 consists of a kitchen open to a living space very bright (a large lounge / dining room).
The sleeping area consists of 4 spacious bedrooms (one with bathroom and toilet), another bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.
You can enjoy a nice terrace overlooking a garden and swimming pool.
10 min drive from the most beautiful beaches in the region including the Franqui, the beach of Coussoules and the beach Nature of Leucate Mouret.
Ideally located to indulge in windsurfing, kite-surfing and other water activities 5 mins from the house at the nautical base of Port-Mahon.
5 minutes from the African Reserve of Sigean, 30 minutes from Perpignan and 40 minutes from Spain.
