2 Bedroom - 2 Bath condo located on the 18th hole of Pinehurst Resort Course No. 3! Completely renovated with Luxury Vinyl flooring, granite countertops and vanities, new cabinets, new appliances and new furniture! Perfect accommodations for a visit to the area for a golf event at Pinehurst Resort, convention at The Carolina Hotel, wedding at The Fair Barn, shopping in the Village of Pinehurst or the town of Southern Pines. Great for all kinds of groups. Centrally located for quick access to all area attractions and a mile and a half from the Village of Pinehurst for shopping, evening dinners and nightlife! Golf packaging available at most area courses.
Parking is first come first serve. Home includes drip coffee pot. Located on 2nd floor and does require steps.

Condo was clean, check-in and check-out was extremely smooth. Price was very reasonable. There was plenty of comfortable space for our group. Single shower is pretty small with little space to move; larger bathroom - bathtub could use new caulk / cleaning and the fan blew hot air. Only other recommendation is to supply more than four towels. There was only three of us staying but in 100 degree weather - we were taking two showers per day and could’ve used more towels. We didn’t request more for the record. Owner was very responsive via text message, a little longer via VRBO app messaging. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.
