Elegant semi-detached villa in the greenery of Punta Ala
The house, completed in 2010, is surrounded by magnificent green of Punta Ala, in Via di Poggio alle Mandrie.
It consists of:
- Ground floor with a large living room, dining area, kitchenette and fireplace, a bathroom with shower, a built-in wardrobe, the study (or bedroom) with a double sofa bed;
- First floor with two double bedrooms (the first bedroom with double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds.) And 2 bathrooms with shower as well as a large terrace.
Outside you can enjoy a 'wide paved area covered by a roof with sunblind wattle. Here you can dine while enjoying the front garden and grove or the cool of the evening in complete relaxation and comfort.
At street level there are two covered parking spaces from wattle shading.
It is about 1 Km from Gualdo, equipped area with shops, bars, grocery, restaurants, post office, bank, pharmacy, golf course. Even the seaside resorts are within 1 to 2 Km. Approximately.
