Cute beach bungalow with lots of amenities

We had a great mini-vacation here and all was well set for a great beach time. I highly recommend this setting. Everyone was so nice.

We had a big job in Mims and decided to find an house to rent since it was a long job. The house was in a great location, loved the privacy fence and the grill in the backyard. The beach was a 5 min bike ride. Loved everything about the house and neighborhood. Bonnie was great, from the beginning until we left. Thanks for everything!!

Disappointing

Location was fine to beach and town....we experienced numerous issues with the house and amenities.. Needed numerous visits from property manager(was very responsive) to address problems during our stay...: -House, furniture, rugs, and air vents were filthy -Torn and missing window screens -Grill tools broken and duct taped -Bar tools broken -Not town approved as rental property Owner doesn't assess or review issues between rentals with a checklist..needs improvements

We are sorry that because we decided not to lease to you again next year that you decided to post this review. We understand your frustration with several minor issues we had with the property. Our manager did everything to accommodate you. We replaced the area rugs immediately as per your request. We also paid to have the house re-cleaned because it was not to your liking. We were not told about the bar stools until you moved out and there was never any mention of the grill tools being taped together. We would have happily replaced these things. You insisted we have the air ducts cleaned and we did so despite the fact that the company we hired told us that they were not dirty. The property has been inspected and is up to code and we follow all city regulations. We will use your feedback to improve some management items in between tenants.
