We take pride in decorating, maintaining, stocking and managing our vacation rentals to ensure every tenant has a wonderful experience from initial inquiry to check out and everything in between! We use instant booking so you don't have to wait and wonder!

Note! Temperatures reach 115 degrees in summer and the HOA does routine maintenance during summer. Every fall virtually every golf course in the Coachella Valley overseeds. The rates are lower during summer and fall due to these inconveniences.

THE HOME

This home has everything you will need! Just show up with your clothing! We provide bed and bath linens, toiletries, hair dryers, table linens, table service and barware for 12 people, well equipped kitchen, all kitchen staple items (coffee, filters, seasonings, paper towels, etc.) pool towels, pool toys and a comprehensive home instruction booklet for your convenience.

Bedrooms: The home has 2 master suites, each with a comfortable king bed, flat screen TV and a desk/vanity. (There is also a twin air mattress and bedding for that unexpected guest.) Each master suite is spacious and has a spectacular view and direct access to the large, extended patio.

Bathrooms: Each bathroom has more amenities than a luxury hotel room! We provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair dryers, individually wrapped soap, disposable shower caps, disposable razor, toothpaste and even a new toothbrush in case you forget yours! One bathroom has a shower only and the other has a shower/tub combo.

Kitchen: The kitchen is well stocked and ready for you to cook complete meals. There are plenty of pots, pans, bowls, utensils, baking sheets, etc. There are barware and table service for 12. The kitchen is stocked with the basics like coffee, filters, condiments, seasonings, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels, etc. so you don't have to waste time and money shopping for staple items.

Living/Dining: There is a dining table for 4 and 3 more seats at the kitchen counter. A comfortable sofa and a power recliner tempt you to watch movies and sports, read or take a nap!

Patio: The spacious, extended patio has a dining table that seats 4 and a fire pit table that seats 4. The patio faces west so you can enjoy your evening cocktail while you watch the sunset! There is a grill so you can cook your lunches and dinners while enjoying the spectacular desert weather! There are two rolling umbrellas to provide movable shade on the warm days and a fire pit table to warm you up on the cool nights!

Notable features: central heat and AC, ceiling fans in all rooms, carport, full size washer and dryer, WiFi, cable TV, near 3 of the 20 pools and spas, patio faces west for spectacular sunset, impeccably maintained, cleaned and stocked

THE RESORT

Palm Desert Resorter is a gated community featuring an 18 hole golf course, a large tennis and pickleball facility, clubhouse with restaurant, bar and pro shop and 20 pools and 20 spas! All amenities are open to the public except the pools and spas which are for homeowners and their guests only. If you do not want to cook, the clubhouse has a bar and grill, snack bar and dining room! The club’s food is very good and reasonably priced. You can dine in or take out. There is so much to do within the resort that you may never leave the gates once you arrive!

ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS

We do INSTANT BOOKING which means you do not need to wait for approval! If the dates are available and you agree to the costs, your reservation will be confirmed instantly!

The online calendar is always up to date and the website will not let you book unless your dates are available, so there is no need to send an email asking if your dates are available.

If you enter the dates of your stay, your rent and all fees will automatically be calculated, including any discounts, so there is no need to send an email asking for a quote.

You do NOT pay the 12% city tax if you stay 28+ nights, but the system will NOT automatically remove the tax so do NOT use instant booking!!! Once you book I will not be able to remove the tax. Enter the dates of your stay and then send an inquiry asking me to remove the 12% city tax. I will reply with a corrected quote with the tax removed and an invitation to book.
