Nice vacation in Le Brusc!

We - a family of 10 - visited this nice property in Le Brusc for the 2nd time this summer. Everything was as nice as we remembered it! Warm weather made the pool frequently used and we spent lots of time at the local beaches. Dominique gave us a warm welcome and a nice «au revoir» when we left.

Lovely Villa to get away

We loved our stay at Le brusc. The villa was completely as described, with a fully equipped kitchen and nice bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Everything worked perfectly. The location is really nice, green and quiet as well. The only thing that could be noted is that for nicer beaches you will have to walk about 20 minutes. Overall total recommendsation!

A nice house in a lovely setting!

This a very nice property in a quiet part of lovely Le Brusc. Owner Gaëlle and local host Dominique were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. A nice and clean propery with a nice pool and 10 minutes to the beaches. We enjoyed the nearby Ile Embiez and nice walks/runs along the beach pathway and Sentier Littoral. A few mosquitos around so bring spray! We would definitely come back with the family group another time.

Wonderful for family with kids

We stayed at the house for three weeks and it was ideal for our family of 5 with kids ages 5, 8, and 12. The kids enjoyed the pool and we spent much of our time in the sunroom. We also enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. There is enough room for a bigger party and there is privacy from the street and parking lot. The house is an easy walk or bike ride to Le Brusc (harbor, restaurants, Thursday market, and pebble beach), Ile du Gaou, Mont Salva, and the sandy beaches. Dominque is absolutely lovely and we enjoyed talking to her when we checked in and checked out even though we know only basic French.

Excellent villa

Just back from a fantastic week at this lovely villa. It was really well equipped, spotlessly clean and in a quiet residential area. The pool was a hit for us all from teens to grandparents and a lovely seating area outside. Only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Le Brusc which was lovely, lots of nice restaurants, bars and bakeries. 15 minute walk to the nearest supermarket which was well stocked. Lovely beach nearby and trips to islands etc available. Gaëlle was very responsive to our queries and booked transport for us and Dominique was very friendly and welcoming when she showed us around. with a nice bottle of rosé chilling in the fridge for us on arrival! Thanks again for a great stay.

Fantastic holiday

We had a fantastic holiday at this stunning villa. The house really does have everything you could ask for. The gardens were beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the view when sitting out on the deck. The kids loved the swings and boules pitch. Pool was a huge hit with everyone. The new outdorr kitchen was excellent. Very comfortable living from the beds to the sofas (indoor and out!) and the sun loungers. We loved exploring Le Brusc. Perfect holiday! Only feedback would be to lower the watcge of the outdoor light as it was very difficult to see when you were walking down stairs! Thank you for having us :)

What an incredible place!

We had the best time at this property in July 2022. This was a trip we had booked for 2020 but had to rearrange twice. We finally got to go this year and it definitely didn’t disappoint! The house is beautifully kept, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Gaelle was very responsive to messages before and during our stay and Dominique, who met us on arrival, was so so kind and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and it really felt like home for 2 weeks. The house is perfectly situated with a 10 minute walk from the marina, shops, bars and restaurants. There is a beautiful walk along the water to the nearby island with amazing restaurants on the way. Everything we needed was on our doorstep. We would recommend to anybody and would love to go back again!

Traumhaus in toller Lage

Wir haben mit zwei Familien (9Personen - 4 Erwachsene & 5 Kinder) zwei Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Vom ersten Kontakt VOR der Buchung, bis zur Abreise lief alles reibungslos und wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt & vor Ort betreut. Das Haus entspricht zu 100% den Beschreibungen, wir haben uns von Minute eins zuhause gefühlt. Besonders die beiden von einander getrennten Schlafbereiche waren für uns zwei Familien ideal. Ansonsten haben wir im die meiste Zeit im Pool und auf der Terrasse verbracht. Besonders gut hat uns die Plancha gefallen, das war neben dem Pool ein wirkliches Highlight. Toll war auch, dass die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet ist und alles wichtige vorhanden war, das kennen wir von anderen Ferienhäusern nicht so. Ansonsten ist die nähere Umgebung ein Traum, sowohl landschaftlich als auch die Infrastruktur. Das Auto braucht man für alltägliche Besorgungen nicht, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolle Strände wie auch sämtliche Lebensmittelläden. In Le Brusc selber ist auch immer was los, von Ipen Air Kino bis zum wöchentlichen Markt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen bei Gelegenheit sehr gerne wieder.

Superbe séjour

Une très belle semaine dans un très beau cadre.La maison est belle , propre et bien équipée avec un magnifique jardin au calme tout en étant proche de tout.Une grande et belle véranda qui s’ouvre sur une spacieuse terrasse et toujours un coin à l’ombre quelle que soit l’heure de la journée.Un très bon contact tant avec la propriétaire qui a répondu avec beaucoup de gentillesse à mes questions précises ( nous étions avec une dame de 90 ans et un petit garçon de 5 ans) qu’avec Dominique et Christian. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Une semaine inoubliable

On peut difficilement faire mieux : un emplacement idéal (mer, resto, commodités), une maison magnifique, décorée avec goût, fonctionnelle, climatisée, dans laquelle on se sent bien, on dort bien, on profite, on se repose. Merci à Gaelle et son mari pour leur grande disponibilité, à Dominique pour sa gentillesse et sa bonne humeur et à Christian pour son professionnalisme. Ces petites mains de l'ombre qui rendent le séjour encore meilleur. Sincèrement Merci, cette semaine au Brusc rajoute un tampon à notre passeport de vacances inoubliables en famille.

Super Haus, tolle Lage

Traumvilla in wunderschöner Lage😍

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) hatten einen Traumurlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Alles war superschön und modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber mit jeglicher Ausstattung, die man sich wünschen kann. Perfekt war auch die Lage. Man konnte viele tolle Strände innerhalb 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Wir waren auch ein paar mal Radfahren in der schönen Umgebung. Auch unsere Kinder haben die Zeit sehr genossen, v.a. den traumhaften Pool. Vielen Dank an Gaelle und Dominique, die beide äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Vielen Dank für die traumhafte Zeit in Six-Fours-les-plages!!

Tolles und weitläufiges Haus mit wirklich großem Pool

Das Haus ist toll, modern und weitläufig, der Pool schön groß. Die Vermieterin und auch die Verwalterin waren stets schnell in der Kommunikation und sehr hilfsbereit. Nur die durch die Lage vielen Mücken waren lästig und der Wintergarten als Essplatz im Sommer viel zu stickig.

Merci Suzanne pour vos commentaires sur la maison! Concernant la véranda, il est vrai que c’est la canicule en France cette année et qu’il n’est pas toujours aisé de garder les pièces au frais. Toutefois, la véranda s’ouvre sur l’ensemble de sa surface ( à gauche, à droite et sur le devant) ce qui permet de créer le petit courant d’air nécessaire si besoin. Quant aux moustiques… bien qu’il fasse partie de notre écosystème, nous comprenons bien qu’ils nous agacent alors ni une ni deux, nous avons fait l’acquisition d’un appareil qui les attire plus loin dans le jardin. Pour un meilleur confort pour tous. Nous sommes ravis de vous avoir accueillis cet été!

excellent emplacement et maison très spacieuse

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison surtout en cette période de septembre qui nous a permis de ne pas avoir trop de monde dans le petit port du brusc et dans la région en général. Points forts : maison spacieuse, très bien équipée, très beau jardin, 2 magnifiques salles de bain. On s'y sent bien très rapidement et 8 adultes peuvent y vivre sans se sentir à l'étroit. Points faibles à revoir : - à l'étage, 3 grandes chambres : 1 pour 2 adultes (parquet flottant à refaire car bruit insupportable), les 2 autres sont pour enfants ou ados (heureusement que 2 adultes n'étaient pas grands sinon nous aurions eu quelques soucis de sommeil... :)) Par contre, la literie est excellente ! - 3 transats pour 8 personnes nous a paru insuffisants - le jardin n'est pas du tout adapté pour des enfants en bas âge (de grandes plateformes/escaliers en bois très jolis mais non sécurisées pour aller à la piscine) - le spot au sol sur la 1ère marche de l'escalier extérieur bloque totalement la visibilité pour descendre - le BBQ dans la véranda : pourquoi pas, mais manque de lumière pour faire des grillades le soir

Merci Fabinne pour vos commentaires et les améliorations suggérées. Il se trouve que nous engageons des travaux dès novembre pour : - refaire le parquet de la chambre vue mer; - élargir la terrasse de la piscine afin d’y positionner davantage de transats; - mettre à disposition une cuisine d’été permettant de disposer en plus du barbecue dans la véranda d’une plancha à l’extérieur. Concernant les couchages, nous avons apporté un soin tout particulier à la literie, merci de l’avoir noté! Nous avons en effet fait le choix de deux chambres sur cinq avec des lits simples ( présentées comme telles sur le site) car nous louons le plus souvent à des familles qui apprécient ce format pour leurs enfants. Les photos des améliorations à venir bientôt sur le site 😉
