Chula Casa is a spacious villa on one level located in the quiet town of Arenas about 10km from the beaches of Torre del Mar on the Costa del Sol. This villa has a private pool and is on a hill which therefore offers stunning views. Fully equipped with air conditioning. Málaga Airport is just 40km and several shops are available in Velez-Malaga. You will need to borrow a sand road for the last 4 km (still easily walkable).

Warning! Rentals in July-August are from Saturday to Saturday.

Sehr schöne Lage

Die Lage der Villa ist sehr schön, allerdings ist die Zufahrt äußerst schlecht. Es gibt nur einen unbefestigtern Weg von ca 4 km. Die Ausstattung ist in gutem Zustand. Es gibt genügend Geschirr, Handtücher etc. Unser Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, einen neuen Fußbodenbelag zu wählen, da der jetzige ( gleiche Steinfliesen wie im Außenbereich) nicht sehr wohnlich wirkt und schon ziemlich fleckig ist. Mit Innenbereichsfliesen ( die man auch richtig putzen könnte) wäre die Villa sehr viel hochwertiger. Der Pool war sauber, wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes (13 Tage) zwei mal gereinigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war über Whats App in englisch ok.

superbe villa calme et conviviale

Après un chemin secondaire, on arrive à la villa perchée sur le flan d'une colline entre les champs de manguiers et d'oliviers. Bien qu'entourée de plusieurs villas, les espaces extérieurs n'ont aucun vis-à-vis. C'est le calme absolu avec une vue sur la vallée avec en soirée, les lumières de Velez-Malaga. Piscine assez profonde (de 1,5m à +/-2m) et large plage avec chaises longues. Terrasse couverte permettant d'avoir la table à manger à l'ombre jusqu'à la fin de journée. La villa est plus spacieuses que les images le laisse penser. Les équipements sont nombreux (lave vaisselle, machine à laver, micro-ondes, presse-agrumes électrique 😋,...). Les armoires sont pourvues de beaucoup d'éléments : outre la vaisselle, beaucoup de condiments, huile d'olive, céréales, trousse de secours, box isolé pr les courses, des livres, des jeux de société, des jeux pour les enfants,... Bref une maison conviviale "à vivre". À proximité (qlq kilomètres), un village assez typique. Plage à 15min et la superbe plage de Nerja Beach à 25'. Nous avons fait une excursion afin de voir les extraordinaires jardins de l'Alhambra (1h30) et la superbe Séville (2h30). Bref, un superbe endroit pour découvrir la région où profiter du climat andalou

A very relaxing holiday in a lovely secluded villa situated in the hills

My wife, step-daughter and I have just spent 2 weeks in this clean and well kept villa. The situation of the villa made it a very quiet, calm and relaxing holiday, which is just what we had hoped for.

Superbe villa tout confort

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique de vacances . La villa était très confortable et les propriétaires très sympathiques.La région est l endroit idéal pour les amateurs de randonnées trail , vtt et sports natures. La vue imprenable et le silence tout au long de la journée nous ont fait passer des vacances reposantes . La piscine a fait le bonheur de nos enfants .
