Great place for a relaxing vacation

Very nice place to stay for a relaxing vacation. Quiet neighborhood except for a few barking dogs- mainly when people were coming home from work. Short distance to beach but down (and up! ) a steep hill. But parking was plentiful at beaches. Amazing views from terrace. Beautiful sunrise views. Home was well equipped and very clean. Twenty minutes to Centro Malaga. Restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy and supermarket in area. Landlord was very responsive to the few questions we had. Property manager was across the street but will need to speak As Spanish or use translate app.. Bedrooms were large and had good storage. On demand hot water with good water pressure. A great choice when coming to the Costa de Sol. Strongly recommend. . Amazing

La casaen general está muy bien. La zona de vivienda como tal en una sola planta está es muy amplia, y con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Buenos dormitorios y baños (el que tiene baño incorporado no tiene armario). Cocina grande y bien equipada. Una terraza estupenda con mesa y sillas. Zona de barbacoa muy grande, también con mesa y sillas. Una gozada el aire acondicionado en los dormitorios pero no hay en el salon-comedor, y hace que se pueda usar poco por el calor acumulado. La piscina privada es una maravilla aunque las hamacas necesitarían una "limpieza" y deberían advertir que la zona de piscina está bajando dos tramos largos de escalones (20 por un lado hasta la zona de barbacoa y otros 11 más hasta la piscina) -lo que es incómodo, la verdad-. Para meter el coche es un poco dificultoso pero se agradece poder tenerlo dentro de la propiedad. El anfitrión amable y comunicativo, nos indicó muchas zonas para hacer la compra y también para comer/cenar y zonas de turismo también. La playa cercana es muy tranquila, sin aglomeración de gente. Hemos pasado un días en familia estupendos.

Sehr schönes Haus

Der Empfang am Mietobjekt war sehr herzlich durch ein älteres nur spanisch sprechendes Pärchen. Indes es parallel einen WhatsApp-Kontakt in Englisch gab. Auch hier wurden alle Fragen zum Objekt und der Schlüsselübergabe sofort beantwortet. Das Haus selbst war super in Schuss. Alle Farben wirkten nagelneu , keinerlei Schmutz oder Spinnweben im gesamten Objekt. Beide Bäder , Böden und Küche waren gefließt. Küche war komplett ausgestattet. Vom riesigen Balkon aus gab es einen sehr schönen Blick direkt auf den Pool , dem Meer und die Berge. Das Objekt lag weiter Oben, somit hatte man einen schönen RundUmBlick. Der Parkplatz war auf dem gleichen Gelände hinter einem Automatikzaun. Hier gibt es auch eine Grillgelegenheit und Mangobäume .Störend waren nur die Hunde der Nachbarn, diese haben regelmäßig in jeder Nacht um die Wette gebellt aber dafür kann ja der Vermieter selbst nichts. Am Mietobjekt gab es selbst also nicht zu meckern, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Objekt und dem Vermieter.

Verblijf is heel goed bevallen als je slecht terbeen bent moet je wel een auto hebben om naar boven en naar beneden te gaan wij hadden onze hond mee en om hem uit te laten is er weinig plek het is een mooi ruim huis prachtig uit zicht op de zee de zee is inderdaad dicht bij en prachtig zwembad kort om ga het een keer beleven lieve mensen die je ontvangen vr gr de hele fam en hond

La casa perfecta. Limpia, grande, comida, la piscina genial... La ubicacon, muy buena, a 5 minutos andando de la playa.... Ahora, eso sí . No se puede dormir ni de noche ni de día... La casa está en una barriada, llena de casas con perros, que no los sacan nunca, y se pasan toda la noche y todo el día ladrando, por no hablar de la agresividad que muestran..... Ha sido horroroso intentar conciliar el sueño durante los 5 días que estuvimos.... No repetiremos, a pesar de ue la casa está muy bien.

Vacaciones de familia

Hemos alojaros en la casa dos semanas y la verdad, que estaba todo estupendo. Casa grande, fresca ( en verano se agradece muchisimo ), muy bien equipada ( con aire condicionador en todas las estancias ), una hermosa terraza con vistas al mar, piscina con las tumbonas, zona para la barbacoa,.. vamos, lo tienes todo para pasar unas estupendas vacaciones. Los anfitriones, Amparo y Ricardo, son un sol de personas!! Es imposible de no cogerles el cariño! Serviciales, atentos a todos los detalles, detallistas.. Vamos, todo Estupendo!

VACACIONES ESTUPENDAS

Viajamos un grupo de amigos y nos encontramos que la casa era mejor que lo que se aprecia en las fotos, las estancias son muy amplias, y el balcón terraza estupendo, como la piscina. Y la casa estaba limpísima, ( creo que es la casa más limpia que nos hemos encontrado a lo largo de nuestros años de vacaciones por España). Ricardo y su mujer encantadores, nos recibieron, nos entregaron las llaves y nos hicieron sentir que era nuestra casa. Solo por poner una pega, la carretera de acceso es un poco estrecha , pero no hay problema, porque los conductores enseguida te ceden el paso. La pena es que solo la pudimos disfrutar diez días, la recomendare sin duda a la gente que quiera viajar a esa zona. Muchas gracias a Ricardo y su mujer por hacernos sentir que estábamos en nuestra casa.

La casa está fenomenal,cerca de la playa aunque tienes que coger el coche si vas con niños porque el camino a la playa es por una gran pendiente. Los dueños son encantadores y muy atentos. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de ella y la limpieza magnífica..

La verdad que las instalaciones de primera, pienso que las fotos no hacen mérito del inmueble pues a mi parecer es más bonito en persona. La situación de su ubicación, genial queda cerca de todo. Te puedes trasladar a muchos lugares de gran interés. En fin, mis hijos lo disfrutaron al máximo!

El alojamiento es ideal para familia y amigos. La piscina es un plus añadido por si no apetece bajar a la playa. Destaco la limpieza y todo el mobiliario. Muy completo y muchos detalles. También destacar la increíble terraza con las vistas al.mar. Totalmente recomendable

Es lo que esperábamos, la casa nos encantó y es muy grande, esta muy bien equipada y limpia. Se agradece que todas las habitaciones están equipadas con A.A. para hacer frente al temible Terral. Ricardo y su mujer muy agradables. Por poner un pero, el tamaño de las camas para los que somos muy grandes. Totalmente recomendable......VOLVEREMOS.....Muchas gracias.

ESTANCIA AGRADABLE

Hemos estado una semana en la casa y la verdad ha sido una grata sorpresa. Una casa cómoda, con todo lo necesario para estar como en casa. Aire acondicionado en todos los dormitorios, cosa a destacar porque hacía bastante calor. A tener en cuenta que es necesario tener coche, pues está bastante arriba, pero vaya en general GENIAL!!!

Estupenda casa equipada con todo lo necesario y en un entorno rural. Los propietarios un encanto. Hay que saber dónde se va, porque se está rodeado de gallos y perros en las casas cercanas, así que si esto no te molesta, es tu casa!! La playa un poco lejos a la hora de la vuelta, pues la cuesta arriba hasta la casa se hace durilla, pero tampoco es importante. La piscina..... Una pasada.
