The home was very roomy. It’s spotless and has a great floor plan. The neighborhood is quiet with newer homes on large lots. Very little car traffic in front of the home. One back bedroom picks up a little noise from a larger street down the hill, but only an issue if you have very sensitive hearing. We appreciated the property management’s quick response and resolution of a small AV issue we encountered. Instructions for the home were concise and easy to understand. Also, the home was perfectly stocked with all the necessary amenities. Loved the high end bath products, “The Botanist and The Chemist” brand.Location has quick access from Hwy 101 about .75 miles away, without any freeway noise.

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review. We’re glad you enjoyed the roomy layout, quiet neighborhood, and easy-to-follow instructions, and we appreciate you highlighting the stocked amenities and bath products. We also appreciate you letting us know about the small AV issue, and we’re happy it was resolved during your stay. We’d love to host you again at Maplewood Ct Unit 233 anytime. - The AvantStay Team
