In this outbuilding of the mill, Sabrina and Michel have converted the hayloft into a charming "duplex" house with a "cocooning" decor, leaning against the rock, in addition to 2 large gîtes. This rental is located on a hilly area of 15 ha with woods and 1st category river.
Ground floor: open kitchen with dining area, living room with wood stove, separate toilet.
Floor: 1 mezzanine bedroom (1 160 cm bed), bathroom (shower). Heating. electric and wood stove. Independent laundry room. Pleasure garden on terrace. Playground, 2 ping-pong tables, volleyball net, small stream on site (bay). Heated indoor swimming pool (semi-buried) all year round, shared with the other gîtes on the property 8m x 4 m; from 1.35 m to 2 m deep). Swimming pool protected by a closed glass room with key available to adults (including a changing cabin)
THE ADVANTAGES OF THE COTTAGE: All charges included. Sheets, bathroom linen and household linen included. Cleaning included, please note that only the kitchen area must be left clean and tidy otherwise an €80 cleaning fee will be required at the end of the stay.
Sauna 1 session per day free and then the session at 15.00 euros.
Nordic Bath: 50.00 euros per session. Information and reservations with the owners. On site, 2 Gites: 6 people and 12 people.
Only people with gym shoes will be admitted to the fitness room. Washing machine and dryer available in common with 1 other gite.
