This 6 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house has panoramic views of Heavenly and the Sierra Nevada. 5 bedrooms have king-sized beds and 1 bedroom has two bunk beds. The house is carefully-appointed with all the amenities and a chef's kitchen. The bottom floor can be used as a separate space with 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette and a separate bath. You can access hiking and biking trails directly from the house and it is a short drive to both Boulder and Stagecoach lodges at Heavenly. 100 gallons of hot water!
All advertising for the vacation home rental must include:
a. Permit number
b. Max occupancy
c. Number of permitted parking stalls
d. Notice that the renter will be issued a parking permit which must be on display on the
driver’s side dashboard of the vehicle
e. Quiet hours are designated between 9 pm and 8 am and will be strictly enforced
f. Notification to renters that they will be issued a parking permit which they must display on
the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to park in the designated parking spaces
and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the
vehicle.
