A STUNNING DETACHED RURAL PROPERTY with amazing stars on a clear night.
Hindscarth is surrounded on 3 sides by areas of outstanding natural beauty, the national cycle trail runs past the property, Bodmin Moor is 1/2 a mile away. There are 2 golf courses within a 10 minute drive. Doc Martin and Poldark was filmed nearby. A 5 mile hike across the moor will take you to Daphne du Mauriers Jamaica Inn. The Eden Project is approx 30 mins away by car. Boscastle is a 10 min drive away and King Arthurs ruins are also 10 mins away at Tintagel. There are several sandy beaches within easy reach.
This property is finished to a very high standard and is a league above the standards of many rental properties. The property sleeps 8 in lovely bedrooms and comes complete with a separate independent one bedroom apartment, for anyone who likes a little seclusion at times.
There is a new bunk room ( great for the kids), sleeps 4 There are also 2 comfortable double bed leather Chesterfield settees situated within a 28ft conservatory, with an oak dinning table that accommodates up to 14 people together with a 18Kw log burner, hifi system (with Cambridge amplifier) and a separate TV.
A further two sided 12 Kw log burner is situated in the main sitting room together with a 51" TV.
The master bedroom has a en suite wet room a 32" TV, with a separate roll topped bath within the master bedroom.
There is a sun house, barbecue and ample seating in the rear garden, with lovely views over rolling farm land. There is plenty of parking for 5 + cars

Very Happy
The property is exactly as described and very spacious. We were a group of 11 ranging in age from 4 to 74 and we had no issues as there are several areas to sit and relax as well as the garden. The hosts were fantastic and communicated very well. Basically I could not fault any aspect of our stay and would be very happy to stay there again. Thanks for having us.

Beautiful Hindscarth
This beautiful home comfortably slept 8 adults and 4 kids, with an extra double sofa bed spare. All beds had lovely clean bedding and were all super comfy. Extra bedding and pillows at hand too. It was like home from home with all utensils, crockery etc, with such a large family, we didn't miss or need a thing. Only thing I would recommend is taking a fan... Or two!! Mike and Helen were absolutely wonderful with any help we needed. Our whole family (including our doggo's) would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful home, for the best holiday. We will be back somewhen in the future... Xxx

A lovely social property in an idilic location
This property is in a fantastic location with easy access to all beaches on the north Cornwall coast. The garden has beautiful views over the rolling countryside. It works well for 2 families staying together with lots of different lounge areas and our children loved the bunk beds in the shed! Contact with the host was easy and we always felt that they were on hand to answer any questions should we have any. This is definitely one property that I would return to.

Lovely quiet location, house spacious and well organised
We had a lovely time here, the house is cosy and has been beautifully decorated with lots of personal touches. The location is quiet and out of the way but still within easy reach of beaches, cycling trails and other attractions.
