Condo is on the first level one flight of stairs where you can sit on the back porch and enjoy the fantastic view of the ocean sipping coffee on mornings or enjoying the sunset over the ocean on evenings with your favorite drink. Perfect for travelers looking for the comfort of home away from home.
Enjoy evening walks on the beach or a nice stroll to close by restaurants all within a mile or 2.
Sleeps 6, Bedroom 1 features a comfortable king bed with sliding doors to access the porch and a full ocean view comes with a beautiful bathroom and tub to unwind and refresh after a long day at the beach. Bedroom 2 comes with a full/twin bunk bed, and one extra twin bed with room darkening blinds and access to a second bathroom that is equipped with a tub and beautiful vanity. The living/ Dining room features carefully curated décor, a table with 4 chairs a comfortable sofa with a swivel recliners and a flat screen TV and sliding doors opening to the porch with a majestic view of the ocean and dunes. This living area is the perfect hub for relaxation, reading a book or sharing family time after a day at the beach.
One of the Sea La Vie favorite is the private porch where you can unwind with a glass if wine on evenings overlooking the dunes and the ocean catching the evening sunsets, the large ships going by and sometimes you can see the dolphins.
Comfortable living easy meals and amenities comes with a fully equip kitchen with alll appliances needed to create the master chef in you.

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The owner, Rudy, answered all the questions I had and was quick to respond. There were plenty of fun games and even chairs and a buggy for the beach. The beach view was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again.

It was very nice being on the beach with a great view of where the river meets the ocean. It allowed us to walk thhe beach several times. We also enjoyed the location as it was a good place to start our bicycle rides. Lots of stores and restaurants close by.
