This was a great room in a great location. Things that stood out to us: location was great - quiet, walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants, and a short cab ride to the main party area. Building was dated - not a big deal since the apartment was nicely updated, but the older HVAC system meant the bedroom didn’t seem to get much of the air conditioning so we kept the door open. TV remote was terrible.

Pros: The property was well kept and the kitchen was great. The onsite parking was an advantage. The property was walkable to many of the attractions, country music HOF, bars, universities, etc. Cons: The toilet was “finicky” when it would flush completely or not, the TV would turn on & off but that was it, and like most rentals they ask for you to strip the bed and place in the laundry, except they ask, “not the comforter.” That was weird and fostered a concern on overall cleanliness.

The condo was beautiful, chic, and very clean! Loved the openness of the kitchen/den area, all new appliances! Comfy bed! Felt safe walking to nearby coffee shops, Midtown Cafe, and even ventured over the bridge to restaurants in the Gultch neighborhood! Had a blast! Grand ol Opry is a must if you’re a music lover!

This was a fantastic stay. TONS of space. The host were great. We really didn’t need any support because everything was great. All details for checkin and checkout are easy. We used the pool one morning to chill and it was pleasant. It’s close to all kinds of bars and restaurants. Close enough to downtown that Ubers are cheap and quick. Feels very safe to walk around at night as well. We hope to stay in this same unit again.

Our stay was fantastic! The property was very well appointed and very clean and spacious. The owners were very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for something along music row. Conveniently had a trolley stop nearby that would make it easy to enjoy the Nashville City tour. This is a great location!

Great Stay

Nice, clean, and comfortable condo in a great location. Lots to do in walking distance, and I prefer this part of Nashville over the much busier/louder Broadway area.
