Spectacular house with a great houselord

I spent a week with friends in this amazing house. The host was very helpful, friendly. The house is very spacious, surrounded by a beautiful, fenced garden. Rich equipment, fully met our expectations. Great views from the balcony or garden.

The apartment is in the top floor of a beautiful villa, the grounds are spacious and well maintained. Alessandro, the owner was great and provided us with vegetables from his own garden. He also shared some of the organic crackers his company. The views from the windows of the villa are beautiful and you can see two of the nearby lakes.

What a fantastic property. We stayed for a wedding nearby and Allesandro was very welcoming. The apartment is absolutely beautiful with amazing views. The garden is equally as impressive. We would happily stay here again and for longer next time. My only very very slight critisism, could do with a few more mugs for tea and bowls for breakfast. If you're after a slice of authentic Italian architecture and experience you can't beat this place.

Incredibly beautiful

I stayed for 6 nights at this property with 2 friends. It is a huge flat that allowed all of us to have our own bed. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, modern and quite nice - allowing a bath as well as shower. The kitchen is small, but quite adequate for the meals we prepared there.The grounds and balcony, off the main living area, overlook some of the most beautiful vantage points of this stunning area. It was tranquil and romantic - with church bells quietly chiming in the background. We had a rental car to go to Lake Como and various towns on the lake.There are close supermarkets accessible by car. Right outside the gate of the property was a lovely restaurant - Italia. I would strongly suggest. The owner of the property was away, but his representative, Francesco, showed us everything we needed to know about the property and immediate area. I can not overstate how lovely he was: very pleasant, accommodating, gentle, kind and modest. He was attentive to our every need and made the experience even more gratifying. A true gentleman. We would return anytime!

Traumhafter Park, sehr schöne Wohnung mit viel Atmosphäre: lediglich die Küche und das Geschirr waren nicht so sauber wie der Rest der Wohnung und der Geschirrspüler funktioniert nur sehr schlecht: das konnte aber den sehr guten Gesamteindruck nicht schmälern Wir waren sehr glücklich in Erba!

Un site exceptionel

Un beau logement comme doivent l'être les Villas qui bordent les lacs italiens. Dans son jus et son authenticité. Calme, sécurisée avec la facilité de parking, voila une adresse a retenir. Son hôte étant aux petits soins. Nous sommes venus en hiver et le chauffage était parfait malgré ces temps de crise énergetique.

Meet real Italy in Erba

The mansion lies above the village of Erba. we lived in the top floor with a nice view overlooking the village and into the large enclosed garden area with beautiful old trees The host is a nice and helpful person who welcomed us with a tray of delicious fresh veggies and tomatoes from the garden at the premises, for which we thank him very much.! The village is perfectly situated in between the beautiy of lake Como and Milano and Bergamo. The village of Erba is unspoilt by .mass toerism and you will meet the ‘real’ Italy here. Yet the village has all one might need and more. A very reccomendable stay!

Wunderschöner Ort mit Tradition

Ein herzliches Willkommen. Ich habe viel mehr erhalten, als erwartet. Ein sehr schönes altes Haus in einem sehr schönen Park mit vielen großen Bäumen. Die Aussicht auf Erba, die Berge und zwei Seen traumhaft schön. Man fühlt sich in eine andere Zeit versetzt. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé 5 jours très agréable dans la magnifique maison d'Alessandro, avec une vue extraordinaire sur le parc arboré et la vallée. Maison avec beaucoup de cachet, ameublement soigné, draps anciens, calme absolu (hormis les cloches des églises mais on s'en accommode !), et plein de merveilles à visiter aux alentours. Quel plaisir de séjourner dans cet endroit magique bien plus charmant et agréable que les photos le laisse paraître. Große Ferienwohnung in parkähnlichem Garten

Großzügige Wohnung mit hohen Decken, gut ausgestattet, im 2. Stock einer Villa am Rand von Erba mit Blick auf die Stadt. Im großen Garten hohe alte Bäume und ein schöner Sitzplatz. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, stellte uns auf unsere Bitte hin Liegestühle zur Verfügung und schenkte uns Gemüse aus dem Garten, dazu Blumen für die Wohnung. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte besser im kleineren Schlafzimmer, das zum Garten hinaus liegt, schlafen. Auch dort hört man die Geräusche der Stadt, Motorräder, Krankenwagen, am Wochenende Musik aus dem Stadtpark, Glockenläuten, aber deutlich leiser als im größeren Schlafzimmer. Unser Lieblingsplatz war der Balkon, von dem aus wir den Blick auf die Stadt, die Berge dahinter und in die großen Bäume genießen konnten. Como ist nur 12km entfernt, ca 30min mit dem Auto, und es gibt reichlich lohnende Ziele am und um den Comer See. Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung gern weiter, überlegen auch selbst, noch einmal zu kommen.

Wir haben einen sehr unkomplizierten und entspannten Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen alten und mit viel Achtsamkeit erhaltenen Haus genossen. Der Garten und die Aussicht sind wunderschön und der Gastgeber und die weiteren Bewohner sind sehr sympatisch.

Lake Como is nearby, with its tourist attractions, and nearby are also Bergamo, Milan, Como. The apartment is very comfortable, fully equipped (wi-fi included), furnished in style, with parquet floors and Venetian style floors.
An ideal place for a holiday of rest and art, but also of the outdoors and hiking.
