A new apartment 150m from the beach with the communal pool next door. The apartment is on the first floor with panoramic sea views. The house contains two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living / dining room and kitchenette. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs and a large umbrella. Within walking distance of the beach the apartment is perfect to enjoy your vacation in Mojacar Playa.

Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

Just 1 problem we bought 2 lilos at a cost of 25 euros for the pool we left them in the pool while we went to the apartment for lunch and noticed 2 spanish men and 1 spanish lady in the pool using our lilos but we didnt mind that however on returning to the pool the lilos and people had disappeared and were never returned. I rang your local office leaving 2 messages but got no reply a disappointment on what was otherwise a nice holiday. Kind Regards Chris Woodrow

Apartamento bien situado, falta de utensilios de cocina, baño del Fondo inutilizado por fuerte olor, hormigas por la casa, camas incómodas, en general la estancia es buena pero le faltan varios detalles.

Great location , could do with some up dating.

Overall great location and views. On the less positive side the property is a bit tired and could do with a touch up. Bedding and sofa throw have seen better days - bleach stained. Towels quite old it seemed. There was also a continuous smell of drains from the en-suite bathroom which was very unpleasant and despite doing as was suggested- running the taps- this lasted our whole stay - over 2 weeks. The extractor fan in the en-suite did not work either. It was unfortunate the the weather was terrible ( unseasonably ) but not anyone’s fault obviously , however the apartment did spring a rather large leak through the living room ceiling. We had to move all the electrical items away from this , place towels to soak it up and a bowl to catch the water. Again we were told it would be dealt with and apologised to ( it was not anyone’s fault we know) but 4 days later no one had been round to deal with it. We understand the reason that was given to us as to why but it would have been nice for someone to come and check on us. Rain also blew in under the front door so we had to mop on a regular basis. A draft excluder and a door mat would help in future. Overall the experience would have been great as the location and outlook is perfect, however rain,wind,smells,mopping and leaks somewhat tainted our stay. The weather is in no-ones control but we have since read a Spanish review from last year that referred to the smell from the en-suite and the quality of the bedding. We do feel these issues should now be dealt with. When they are, this apartment is just right for a fantastic stay in Mojácar.

Se puede mejorar

El apartamento tiene pequeñas deficiencias, pero en líneas generales está bien,la piscina comunitaria está bien y casi siempre vacía, la playa a cinco minutos andando lo malo es la cuesta para volver al apartamento o un minuto en coche.

Estancia muy agradable. Vistas mar excepcionales

El alojamiento y nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable. Cómo crítica constructiva, en tema de limpieza y mantenimientoquería comentarles que: - los dos primeros días aparecieron dos cucarachas. Una en el baño de la habitación principal y otra al lado de la puerta de entrada. - la colcha de matrimonio tienen alguna mancha de lejía en la parte interior al igual que los protectores de cama. - Sólo había dos rollos de papel que estaban empezados. - Compré estropajo, no había ni tampoco bayeta de cocina. - excepto el lavaplatos no hay ningún producto de limpieza. Entiendo que si dejaran un limpiasuelos o lejía con unas fregonas en condiciones quizá los huéspedes se animarían a limpiar de vez en cuando. - El WC del fondo, de la habitación principal, huele de vez en cuando a tubería. No lo utilizamos. - A la sombrilla se le va la tela en uno de los palos. No tenía hilo y aguja, si no lo hubiera cosido. Cómo resumen, la estancia ha sido muy agradable. El objetivo de paz y tranquilidad, alcanzado (exceptuando la primera noche a las cuatro y media de la madrugada, que llamé a la policía por una fiesta improvisada en el apartamento superior del cual os informé y no volvió a suceder. Gracias!! En el apartamento de abajo hubo disputa entre la pareja, tirando ella todo tipo de útiles a la calle, junto con huevos y tomate y rompiendo en su terraza botella y maceteros) Espero sirva de ayuda los comentarios con mis mejores deseos de ser constructiva. La verdad, que exceptuando estas pequeñas cosas hemos estado muy agusto. Las vistas son estupendas, la comodidad de la playa y la tranquilidad del lugar.
