Splendid apartment for four people located on the ground floor of a private residence in Orihuela Costa.



Regarding housing, it has 2 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The living room is very bright and the kitchen is fully equipped. Finally, we have a bathroom with a shower.



The apartment has all the appliances, television, air conditioning for cold and hot temperatures, and also a washing machine.



There is also a spacious private terrace of 32 square metres.



Likewise, the apartment has a large communal and children's swimming pool, which can be accessed from its terrace. The surroundings are beautiful and very safe for children and the gardens, which also have a jacuzzi, are very lovely.



The sea is located just 1.5 km away. Various water sports can be carried out there. On the other hand, we will have the La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre 2.5 km away, one of the best shopping centres in all of Spain. There we will find a wide range of shops of all kinds. The Villamartín golf course is also very close, at 4 km.

The bus stop is 500 metres from the building, so you can go to any area you wish.



In the surroundings, we have several pubs, nightclubs and other venues.



The environment is beautiful and very safe for children. The gardens are very nice and have a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and children's pool.



If you are looking for a holiday near the coast, this apartment is ideal for you.

Nice and Relaxed garden appartement

The appartment was very Nice and clean. Fully furnished and well equipped as the garden included. The appartment which have a garden is on the same level as the swimming pool which is great espcially for kids which you can observate while laying on the sunbed. Point of attention: The vacuumcleaner makes a lot of noise and it smells bad. The mattress of the smallest room are very hard for kids ok. Overall we had a very great holiday and we Will Recommended this appartment!

Fantastic apartment

The apartment we stayed in was excellent, clean and modern. The only downside of the stay was the size of the pool which is something I hadn't looked into, the pool is small and quite shallow, so not great if you have kids who like to jump into the pool! Also, there is a building site right opposite the complex which we had no knowledge of, during the hours of 8am - 6pm it was noisy which you expect from a building site, I would think this would continue for at lease another 12 months. Overall i would stay again but only when the building works have finished and as a couple without children.

Geen gezellig appartement met enige gebreken.

Keuken is prima, voor ons zeer slechte bedden alsof je op beton sliep, geen geschikte stoelen en geen schaduw op terras. Gebreken konden pas 2 dagen voor vertrek verholpen worden. Niet zo goed dus. Wij hebben de tijd volgepakt maar appartement viel ons tegen.
