New family favorite!

We were so fortunate to find this beautiful beach house for our annual family beach week this year. Our 9 adults and 11 children (ages 2 - 16) had plenty of room to be together or to spread out in our own spaces. The numerous bedrooms and bathrooms gave us comfort and privacy, the kitchen was large and very well equipped and the dining area had seating for our family of 20. The beach and pool provided all the entertainment we needed! My family voted it the best of our 15 rentals. It was the perfect house in the cute beach town.

Such a great house!

This house had all we needed. We had a range of ages with 3 generations. The two large refrigerators made it much easier to see all the food etc with nothing being buried. The main living area was very large and well laid out. Roof top deck was fun. Had a dance party with the kids. Being right on the beach is very convenient. We hope to go back again!

Family beach week 7/2019

We had a great stay. We were 10 adults and 10 children (8 years old and younger). Shay the house manager was very responsive. It could have been a tiny bit cleaner (for example, it was dirty/dusty under some of the beds and some of the comforters were stained) but overall it was clean enough. The location was great which also meant that the beach was a bit crowded, but again not too crowded. We liked the covered pool for the infants. We would have preferred linens and beach chairs to have been part of the weekly fee for convenience, but Shay made sure that they were available to rent as needed. We loved the open space for meals and having double refrigerators and dishwashers. Overall, we would rent the same property again.

Great home for multiple families. Can't beat the location. Gated with a few other homes.

I think this was a newer home. Floorplan/Layout is almost perfect for multiple families. Kitchen and living areas are amazing. Double ovens, 3 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 3 eating tables and 2 bar areas. Tons of counter space and large pantry. Awesome views from living area and decks. Shaded pool for the sunburns and rain proofed. One or 2 more master sweet in place of the double Queen rooms would make this absolutely perfect. Since homes this large are usually split between 3 or 4 fm families. But.....my parents sleep in separate beds anyway. AND we had pregnant couple with a small child so the double worked well there too. We just happened to have more kids than couples so a second room with double bunks may have been more suitable than the 3rd double queen. That's not a negative comment. We just had 8 adults and 13 grandkids there. Shay even stopped by to check on us. Now that's customer service! Would definitely recommend this home. We'll be calling Shay for our next Ocean Isle Vacation. Thanks Shay.

The house was amazing. Right on the beach. There was plenty of space for our large family to sleep and hang out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We cooked all our meals there and had no problems. Shay was easy to work with. The location is great bc it is close to the end of the island so our beach front was not as busy as the strip before ours.

Great spot! Kitchen stocked (we eat in a bunch), view amazing, pool is unique as it's enclosed but came in handy when we hit some unlucky weather. We would definitely stay here again. OIB is heaven and this home is a gem!

Fantastic family home for 4 generations

We loved staying here! This was our 8th OIB home and it was our best. Great floor plan for all the generations. Elevator was a life saver for my 91 year old mom. Separate family room on middle floor was perfect for the kids. Kitchen and eating area was very spacious. Pans could be replaced (some had Teflon flaking off) House was very clean! Pool level was great to keep out of the sun and the beach was steps away. Would highly recommend staying here.

PERFECT HOUSE FOR LARGE GROUP

Our stay at this house was unbelievable. SO much space! The huge kitchen was a dream with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 stoves, 2 sinks, ice maker, & a big island in the middle. We had plenty of seating for our group of 16 for eating & relaxing. The decks & beach access were great as well. The covered heated pool was amazing especially in inclement weather & in the evening. Shay Godwin was so helpful in the booking process & attended to all of our needs. She was great to work with. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely Wonderful!

First, let's start with the breathtaking views from the house - one word - AMAZING! Secondly, the house was immaculate - clean and well stocked. HUGE kitchen with more appliances than you know what to do with. Very comfortable beds - lots and lots and lots of space throughout - Third, the host was extremely attentive and friendly. The only bad part is that we had to leave :-( Don't hesitate - make a booking!!!!!

Covid’s Caput Reunion

Prop manager Shay is real pro. super responsive to questions and personally committed to see that any need is addressed. House felt spacious even with 19 of us and beach front location unparalleled.
