Beautiful cottage in charming PEC, located in a resort community directly on East Lake with many amenities for the perfect getaway.

Enjoy everything the area has to offer, only minutes from the Sandbanks famous beaches and a short drive to the boutique shops, yummy restaurants, and wineries of the nearby towns.

On the resort, you can kayak, paddle board, fish and swim at the lake. Resort amenities include a family & adult pool, tennis & basketball courts, playground and much more!

Luxurious cottage with all the amenities and privacy you need to relax and enjoy your holiday. Bright and airy space with beautiful, vaulted ceilings and stylish yet cozy decor.

Sleeps up to 6, with two comfortable bedrooms (Primary Bedroom with King size) and (Second Bedroom with Single/over Queen bunk), two bathrooms (1 full bath and 1 powder room in Main Bedroom), and a large open concept Living Room with a super comfortable Queen sofa bed, you will have plenty of space to unwind and enjoy.

Beautifully landscaped yard with stone patio area for outdoor dining and BBQing. Situated in a cul-de-sac with added privacy/green space and a shared fire pit for those memorable nights by the fire. Close to many of the resort amenities and a short walk to the resort waterfront.
