Dining for 8 at the spacious kitchen island, indoor sunroom dining table, or lakeside harvest table with bench seating. 120 feet of waterfront offers spectacular views of Smith's Bay. Kitchen offers fridge, wine fridge, range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender and Keurig coffee maker. 5 burner BBQ plus side burner on propane line for outdoor cooking-no changing tanks! If Waupoos breezes do not offer enough air, the Lazy Acre has central air conditioning.
High speed Wifi, Roku TV with Apple TV, Netflix and Prime-just bring your password!
If you need more room, there is a property across the road that can accommodate 8 more people, rent it and have a family reunion.
