Located on the ground floor, fully equipped, with 2 bedrooms with private bathroom, kitchen, living room, common swimming pool (only available in the bathing season-June / July / August / September) and garage. to go to the beach does not need to go by car as well as go shopping, on the same street when leaving the apartment, there is soon a supermarket. Good place for hiking and cycling on the existing lane between Praia da Barra and the Nova coast.
